Stayed at voco Bali Seminyak recently and enjoyed my stay.
The whole place has a nice vibe — clean, modern, and still chill. The location was good, I could walk out and find places for dinner easily, it's also right next door to a convenience store.

Room was great too. Good space, super comfy bed, and everything just worked. Proper spot to relax after being out all day, felt like a nice sanctuary and good calm lighting.
small request. my particular room was a longer walk from the elevator, but it was good, was so quiet inside my room, you wouldn't believe you are in a very hustle n bustle area.
I don't remember seeing many people use the pool, but I enjoyed it after breakfast (which was really good and I had it included in my stay) the breakfast staff were such a good energy to start the day and asking for my coffee order straight away was the best, having barista made coffee every morning was heaven.
I didn't use the hotel restaurant at any other time besides breakfast so I can't comment on it.
Staff were also really nice and easygoing, which made it feel even more comfortable. They were always helpful and super quick for every
Overall, just a really easy, enjoyable stay. Would 100% come back.
This is not the fault of the hotel, but I think there was some road works happening in the front of the hotel, my taxi driver had to do a few rerouting to enter the semi closed road in front and the different one way street situations that was happening (again, not the fault of the hotel) but something that might be helpful, not sure how long it will be there for.
The peacefulness of the rooms and the style.
Staff had a welcoming smile each time you walked past reception. Breakfast was great too! Such helpful staff and great food selection.
There was only 2 sun loungers for the whole hotel! The bar wasn’t open

The location was perfect, the rooms were large and really comfortable and clean. The staff were so friendly and remembered names.
The WiFi would cut out while I was working every now and then.
The location, in walking distance to eat street. Rooms are nice, clean, large and modern.

The air conditioning is disappointing; it turns off by itself for periods, causing me to wake up sweating almost daily.
The distance from the elevator to the room is very long, taking around 2 to 3 minutes of walking, which is quite inconvenient for guests looking to rest.
There is an unpleasant smell in the elevator.
Although the staff are helpful, they somewhat lack experience.
Some staff were very friendly. Fantastic location, free breakfast (although I may have selected with a higher rate). Easy access to rooms.
I didn't receive requested Queen bed but I received a twin single bed room. I mentioned this to reception upon arriving to room but they didn't have any with Queen beds. Low ceiling and need to watch where you going. Room cleaning is minimal, 5 mins and they are out the door. They miss so many things, but since I was alone it didn't really matter. Like fresh towels. Room door wouldn't close behind me and found I have left the door ajar. There was not much in the way of restaurants and roof top bar was not operating.
Breakfast : hot food was lukewarm and pastries wasn't the best. Okay selection. Staff was excellent.
Staff: Looks like they are trying to do their best with limited authority.
