Pros:

The room and overall cleanliness are excellent (10/10).
The internet is fast.
Breakfast was excellent and the service was good.
The hotel location is very good.
Staff are helpful and polite.
Personally, I wouldn’t mind staying here again, mainly because the location is excellent.

Cons:

The air conditioning is disappointing; it turns off by itself for periods, causing me to wake up sweating almost daily.
The distance from the elevator to the room is very long, taking around 2 to 3 minutes of walking, which is quite inconvenient for guests looking to rest.
There is an unpleasant smell in the elevator.
Although the staff are helpful, they somewhat lack experience.

Good location, modern furniture and but bit dull feeling.
Pros:

Some staff were very friendly. Fantastic location, free breakfast (although I may have selected with a higher rate). Easy access to rooms.

Cons:

I didn't receive requested Queen bed but I received a twin single bed room. I mentioned this to reception upon arriving to room but they didn't have any with Queen beds. Low ceiling and need to watch where you going. Room cleaning is minimal, 5 mins and they are out the door. They miss so many things, but since I was alone it didn't really matter. Like fresh towels. Room door wouldn't close behind me and found I have left the door ajar. There was not much in the way of restaurants and roof top bar was not operating.

Breakfast : hot food was lukewarm and pastries wasn't the best. Okay selection. Staff was excellent.
Staff: Looks like they are trying to do their best with limited authority.

Decent for a 3-4 star hotel, location was also great
Pros:

Good value for money. The bedrooms are a good size and the bed is comfortable, with a few minor adjustments needed as noted below. It’s a new hotel, although the property is unfortunately already starting to show signs of deterioration, which is a shame. The front desk and general hotel staff were very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable and had to be replaced. The doona was far too hot for the Bali climate—I was uncomfortably warm throughout the night even with the air conditioning set low. The reservations managers could benefit from customer service training, as their manner came across as extremely condescending. The gym had an awful smell, I could stand so did not use.

Excellent locations for convienience. Very close to the restaurants, bars and clubs of Seminyak.
Pros:

The Breakfast is great. We had the christmas brunch on Christmas day which was excellent. The Staff are the most courteous and friendly staff you will ever see. From Nonita at reception to Liska at the restaurant, they were all great. The room is very spacious and I loved the huge bathtub along with a seperate shower.

Cons:

Can't fault the staff. They were excellent. It would good if the rooftop bar would have been open. I was told that it was undergoing reapirs. that's all I can think of. The location is convienient but you need to know that it is about a 20 minute walk to the closest beach.

Pros:

Very close to Seminyak Square, around 15 mins walk. Hotel is good, worth 4 stars. All the basic amenities are available in the hotel. However, pool timings are 7am to 7 pm and the dinner option displayed on booking.com is misleading. We made our booking through booking.com and booked for full course, they offered very limited snack options for the dinner. We argued a little and the manager was kind enough to get our main course changed from the pre-set menu.

Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay at Voco Seminyak.
