Pros:

The hotel is new and located next to shopping mall. But most importantly, its the first star hotel in Indonesia in which the bathroom and shower is actually clean without black mould! So keep up the great cleaning work!

Wonderful staycation

I like the room was clean and fresh. I had four towels in the toilet just like my expectation. The location is also very good since it is connected with mall.

not really fancy the food since the pastries were not that fresh in terms of hard to chew. altho the food options are quite varied, but many of the dishes are only about a 5 out of 10 in taste. the fried noodles, for example, were very dry, almost crispy. or the beef black paper meat were tough to chew
