I will stay again
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

Cons:

I miss having a social club or bar where you can sit, have a glass of wine, and enjoy a nice atmosphere. The coffee available next to the entrance hall is not sufficient.

Pros:

Clean and well-maintained

Not a central location - although the location was good for the purpose of my visit
There was a very loud concert outside each day until 10 pm which was disruptive

The staff are exemplary particularly Irawan from Housekeeping and zega from security who particularly made our stay one of the best we have ever had in Jakarta and we have stayed here many times in 5 star hotels like Hyatt etc

Business vibes hotel
Pros:

Attached to the BxC 2 Mall and easy access to and from the airport. A short walk to KRL station (the quickest way to get to Jakarta’s city center), It’s relatively new, so everything is still spotless.

Cons:

The strong hotel parfum at the lobby.

For sure the location which is very close to shopping areas sich as mall and restaurants or cafes.

At one time this hotel will get trafficked as the hotel is in area with the mall.

The hotel is connected to a mall, a thirty minute ride from the airport and very convenient.
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and sent a WA message where I could contact them 247. The amenities in the bathroom were really nice.

Cons:

The elevator is quite slow.
