The exceptional staff and outstanding customer service made for a truly fantastic stay
Pros:

I really liked my stay here. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Not sure, but the room seemed a bit air tight. I felt like the air condition was circulating the same air

Pros:

Good location - convenient reasonable taxi ride to train station and central Jakarta. Staff helpful with taxis, some language communication confusion regarding airport and train station but we got there ;) Only stayed one night but breakfast was good and one of us had a really really good burger from the restaurant for dinner.

Super Fitnessstudio! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich!
Tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück, geschmacklich auch super.

Cons:

Langsames wlan und das „tablet“ zum bestellen des room Service etc. war so unglaublich langsam, es ist regelmäßig abgestürzt, sodass die Nutzung unmöglich war.
