Pros:

The room is very quiet, and the bed is comfortable, which helps you sleep well.
My husband loved the 3 shots of coffee and 3 scoops of ice cream that the young man, whose name I can't remember, sorry, gave him.
The staff are really helpful and friendly

Truly exceptional and relaxing
Pros:

We had an amazing time in Tavia Heritage Hotel. We had a layover in Jakarta for one night and it was the most relaxing experience ever. They have good roomservice for a good price, a nice swimming pool, a gym with sauna and the breakfast has so many options I did know what to pick! We also had booked a massage at our room right before bed which was fantastic. The hotel staff was really nice and upgraded us to a family suite! The room was clean, nice and the beds were super comfortabel. We did not leave the hotel but we also heard it was in a very central location. I would highly recommend going here for your time in Jakarta, if was exceptional!

The exceptional staff and outstanding customer service made for a truly fantastic stay
Pros:

I really liked my stay here. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Not sure, but the room seemed a bit air tight. I felt like the air condition was circulating the same air

Pros:

Good location - convenient reasonable taxi ride to train station and central Jakarta. Staff helpful with taxis, some language communication confusion regarding airport and train station but we got there ;) Only stayed one night but breakfast was good and one of us had a really really good burger from the restaurant for dinner.
