Pros:

Spacious new apartments in a stellar location near Smith and Gertude Streets. Whisper quiet, clean and modern. A home away from home.

An exceptional experience in the heart of collingwood.
Pros:

Excellent facilities and extremely comfortable bed and bedding

Cons:

gym was cramped and was missing standard assets like a bench.

Pros:

Clean , modern , well equipped and comfortable. Had a very late check in , which all worked well. Reception staff were very excellent throughout stay - couldn’t have been more helpful

Cons:

Slightly on the edge of the city centre, so just be aware it’s a decent walk in, but transport in Melbourne really good

Pros:

The room was fantastic and spacious (1Br Apartment), Aircon and TV in both living and bedrooms. Couldn't hear any neighbours despite it being a celebratory weekend and there was a street party happening 1 street away. Washer Dryer in room was brand spankers and was fantastic.

Cons:

Suggestions: Better ventilation for bathrooms (extraction fan was basically non existent {the bathrooms were down the corridor of the apartment away from main sections}).
Towels were a bit stingey, another hand or bath towel would be ace.
Not sure what the roof is being utilised for, but a communal meeting point (staffed or otherwise) would have been fab!
Checkout was 10am which is rather early when dusty on a Monday morning. Late check out was also 1030, and it's basically hotel law that standard minimum late check out is 1 hour (complimentary). But I'll be back for sure!

A disappointingly joyless experience
Pros:

Clean, modern and well located. Excellent and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms were clinical and soulless. Fine for business travellers but not for holiday makers. We’d intended to cook and stay in for a few nights but it would have been too depressing. We had to ask for move from our initial room because the view from our balcony constituted a plain brick wall and there was hardly any natural light. It felt more like a prison.
