Gute Unterkunft!
Pros:

Grundsätzlich eine sehr gute Unterkunft in toller Lage. Dass jedoch in einem „Serviced Apartment“ während der Feiertage kein Housekeeping erfolgt, fanden wir nicht so schön (wir waren nämlich genau zu den Osterfeiertagen da). Der Filter der Klimaanlage hätte laut Hinweis am Display (bereits bei unserem Check-in) gewechselt werden sollen. Wir haben das mehrfach gemeldet, gewechselt wurde er jedoch erst nach den vier Feiertagen, am Tag unserer Abreise. Wäre das Personal an der Rezeption nicht so bemüht und zuvorkommend gewesen, hätten wir uns sehr geärgert.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel in general was clean and tidy as were the rooms. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good, only a short walk to the tram into the CBD and plenty of local cafes/restaurants/shops.

The apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. It's well situated within Collingwood and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

Pros:

Shower was hot with great pressure. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Access to streaming channels. Staff were welcoming.

Cons:

Car park was hard to access and was very dark until the automatic lights came on. Quite disconcerting. Also parking there was expensive and we didn't realise it was going to be $30 a night. The surrounding area was not nice and didn't really feel safe. No food places within walking distance except expensive cafes.

Great location, well equiped 1 bedroom unit
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it had the best equipped kitchen and laundry! Lovely balcony, comfy couch and excellent aircon. Nice and quiet thanks to double glazing.

Cons:

There were only 2 things that let the place down, the bed and pillows were not comfortable and the aircon filters were WAY overdue for cleaning. Given that most people rate properties based on bedding, this was a real weakness here.

Not good
Pros:

Didn’t liked it, pretty much waste of money.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable as two beds were joined together, used bath towel was placed may be mistakenly. We checked out another day, didn’t stay the extended day too. Staff was not helpful.
