Excellent comfort, facilities and great soundproofing
Pros:

Well set out studio apartment, comfy bed, good seating and table options with kitchenette. Great soundproofing as expected street noise was non existent.

Central, clean and comfortable
Pros:

I stayed here a week and enjoyed its comfort and convenience to get around Melbourne. Many restaurants to choose from, just around the corner in Smith Street. Its accessibility to public transport made my daily adventures easeful. If you enjoy walking, it was also only a short walk to some great parks and native bushland along the Yarra River.
