Comfortable, clean, convenient location and great value.
Pros:

It was a convenient location, close to great restaurants and cafe’s and only a 15 min walk into Hobart CBD. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, excellent value. We will stay again.

Convenient and well located with safe parking which had to be paid for as an extra. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great to have a separate kitchen.

Cons:

Parking should be part of the price as there is no choice as to where you can park. The hotel is the ONLY place to park. Furniture in living room is very sparse and not comfortable.
