Pros:

I had the basic apartment and for one person it was great - good size and equipped kitchen area for breakfast and comfy bed and daily room service.

Cons:

I had no issues at all, thought it was good value and would stay again. My friends sadly had an issue that their room wasn’t available day 1 as someone refused to leave but they were moved to the type of room they had booked the next day, their keycard also stopped working one night and security had to come from 30mins away to resolve it.
