Enjoyable & relaxed city staycation
Pros:

The location is great & the staff were lovely. The pool was clean and a great depth for kids. Buffet breakfast was delicious with the pancake machine a hit.

Cons:

A view of the multi storey car park but we were out a lot so it didn’t affect us too much.
The twin room with 2 beds only has 2 double beds, no queen so a bit small for the adults in the room.
Beds were comfy though.

Pros:

The pool and jacuzzi area were really nice, travelling with a young child that's always a huge plus. I appreciated the birthday gift and room upgrade with a nice view :) The buffet breakfast was alright however some variety would be welcomed. The room service was great too

Cons:

I've stayed here before when it was still in its early days and it was disappointing to see how some areas have been neglected - the shower tiles could use a deep clean, there was dust and hair in the bathroom making bath time a dread.

Great hotel, modern & very clean, plus fabulous location
Pros:

Very clean, modern, without odours & leeks in rooms. Helpful & responsive staff. Great location. Very happy & will stay again. This was our 3rd visit 🤩

Cons:

Only minor thing was at the time there wasn’t towels at the pool spa when we arrived at the pool yet was sorted swiftly.

Strategic location but needs improvement in housekeeping
Pros:

Location is good. Access to transpo is ok.

Cons:

Housekeeping doesnt clean the rooms well. Dusty and caused allergies.
