Excellent, comfortable stay at Dorsett
Pros:

Lovely decor and clean - the pool and spa facilities were a hit with our 10 year old and he would like to live at the Dorsett Melbourne permanently.
Concierge held our bags after check out so we could continue to enjoy our last day in Melbourne.

Quiet, comfortable, spacious.
Pros:

Quick 5-8min walk to Southern Cross Skybus station, and 2 min walk to trams

Cons:

More people manning check in counters besides kiosks. When I arrived, only 1 of the 4 check in counters was open.

An amazing stay and loved it!!
Pros:

Everything was amazing, the hotel itself was beautiful with attention to detail.

Cons:

The dispensers for soap etc..
Much easier if it was a pump action bottle… they were quite hard to use.
