Pros:

I loved the room I stayed in it was super comfy, the pillows, bed and bathroom were top their. I stayed in the executive lounge suite. the amenities were amazing, and the location was exceptional. Majority of the staff were amazing however the only thing was a staff member of the restaurant department I felt was alittle rude and a reception staff member I felt was hard to communicate with. I had issues with accessing my daily breakfasts that I had paid for with my room as a package. I was told I was not on the list every morning I went down to have breakfast. Spoke with the manager and its apparently a glitch of some soft in their systems. Other than that the other staff members I interacted with were amazing.

Other than that, the rest of the staff I interacted with were amazing, and overall I had a great stay.

Smart, convenient and friendly hotel
Pros:

As we traveled to Melbourne by train it was in an excellent position.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little disappointing -not what was on offer but because I don't think they had enough staff on and things like teabags, glasses, cups and some food were not replaced as they were used. A small complaint really.

Great value and great stay
Pros:
