Great value for a nice tidy room
Pros:

Was able to check in late, room was quite nice with quality fixtures.

Cons:

Area is in a good central location, but area is a bit rough. Pillows on bed were a bit uncomfortable.

Staff were super nice and polite. The place was clean. Our room was so big and spacious and it was just two people staying. 10 out of 10, would 100% stay again!!

Way over priced for what’s provided. Won’t be back
Pros:

The room itself provided everything you would need for a short stay, the location works if you’re visiting the valley for the nightlife.

Cons:

Very lacking on direction for parking. The fact you had to pay for parking in addition to the room fee is ridiculous. The lifts are really slow. The room even on the 16th floor is not sound proof from the street noise below. The complimentary coffee/tea, while appreciative, was lacking. Items supplied were very basic. We found broken glass on the floor by the kitchen sink yet are expected to leave the room clean and ready for the next person or a cleaning fee would be charged. Pillows were all hard and uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a dribble and the water lukewarm at best.

The worst part is when I booked this, it was on the free cancellation and $224 fee price. Yet when the booking has come through to confirm it was $100 more. And I couldn’t cancel without paying the full fee.

I feel there was misleading information provided by booking.com and then I was locked in at a higher price. I barely slept due to the noise and hard pillows.

Level 5 carpets to the pool/gym area are putrid and smell like a foot fungus in the making.

It was not an enjoyable stay over all.

Outside noise, needed double glazed windows for centre of town. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower, dribbles of water to try to wash yourself.

Great location
Pros:

The location is great right in the middle of fortitude valley. The area felt safe and the apartment is very secure. Lots of space, and good air conditioning.

Cons:

The kitchen area could have been cleaner and the bathroom door had a tendency to jam when it was locked.

It was a very nice apartment with everything we needed. The location was convenient for us. The amenities just needed

The apartment had everything we needed, it was convenient, clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was very cold, the spa wasn't warm enough, and we could hear a lot of street noise and emergency services on the weekend particularly.
