Very expensive for what you get. Should be provided with pool towels in your room, not have to ask for them. We won’t be

The room was nice with cool aircon.
The pool.

Cons:

The lifts took far too long considering there are 3 of them.
The fan in the bedroom was noisy keeping us awake.
The hallway carpet is dirty and smells.
It’s very inconvenient parking down a side street and walking to check-in then back again to the underground carpark. Then repeating all that to check out.

A great stay and lovely views!
Pros:

Secure with parking on site, good communication, friendly staff, great location and convenience to the metro station.

Cons:

No full length mirror in the apartment, I think this would be a good and easy thing to update.

Great location but wouldn't stay again
Pros:

The location and check-in instructions were clear. The reception staff were nice.

Cons:

The apartment itself is extremely basic so don't expect much. The room itself was in very poor condition. There were fruit flies that wouldn't go away from the moment we walked in - I have no idea where they were coming from! There are no handles on the wardrobes so you need to open it with your foot, which is so weird. There is a large lounge area in the 2 bedroom apartments but there is only one tiny couch which was torn and falling apart, plus an armchair, so really could seat 3 people, not even 4. The garden on the balcony is overgrown and the plants were dying. There was graffiti on the back of the main bedroom door. The place could use with some TLC big time! If you don't mind these little things then that's fine, the room is at a good price for the valley, but you get what you pay for.
