Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable and the location is close by to fortitude valley entertainment if that is what you like

Cons:

We had a very noisy night due to a concert and loud music running into early hours of the morning from a night club very close by. Even though we were on 24th floor and closed all windows and blinds, the noise was very noticeable

Pros:

Everything,place is clean,comfortable and right in the middle of some great places for entertainment. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely visit there again.

convenient for business travels

good accommodation, convenient, next to airport train station
internet very good
washing machine, dryer etc good, air-conditioning working very well
extra windows on balcony keep the nose out

Cons:

after hours arrival complicated, as keypad tends not to work faultlessly
Fortitude Valley is obviously not a place with good restaurants
no housekeeping - communicated at arrival via sign - hence, no fresh towels
some essentials in kitchen and bathroom missing - tea towel, sponge, sufficient shower gel, shampoo, earbuds, etc.
no espresso machine
