Perfect Central Location
Pros:

We really liked the location of this place. It’s very central, with the city centre just a short walk away, and the train station is also close by, which makes everything very easy and convenient.

Shorty stay in Brisbane
Pros:

Beautiful apartment, we did get upgraded to a higher floor which is always a bonus. Spectacular views. All facilities and more available.

Gym, pool and sauna was a unexpected surprise too.

Cons:

Peculiar smell on the 5th floor from the lift to the pool/gym area

Cons:

The building felt busy and a bit chaotic with lots of short-term stays, frequent food delivery traffic, and people smoking out the front. There were dogs in the building and the hallway carpets had a noticeable smell and visible stains. The rooms were clean but dated, with worn carpets and basic finishes.

Superb stay
Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and professional, and allow us early check-in when we dropped off our luggage -as the apartment was ready—especially helpful since I was unwell. When I requested sharp knives, for chopping vegetables the knifes were delivered within five minutes. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, featuring an en suite shower room for the main bedroom and a separate general shower room/toilet for the second bedroom. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, transport and night life. I would gladly stay again.

overall, a good stay and would highly recommend. great facilities, clean, excellent location.
Pros:

We were attending a concert at the Fortitude Music Hall - excellent location and within walking distance to venue and food.

Cons:

Clearer instructions about checkout procedures when you have a vehicle.
