Pros:

Absolutely perfect flat with all the amenities & utilities one could need. I stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for working, relaxing in the evening, cooking - and I also have a great view of the city.
Multiple public transportation options nearby.
Staff at the reception was very friendly and I was also able to extend my stay for an extra night due to my flight’s cancellation.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.

Expensive for no air con.
Pros:

Location was close to things

Cons:

It’s was a 30 degree day and our air con stopped working at 11pm. We slept in a sauna and were really uncomfortable all night which was painful because we had a 5am start to our day. A gentleman from reception came up to try and fix it but couldn’t and offered us a fan.

Excellent location if attending Suncorp Events
Pros:

Great location for attending events at Suncorp Stadium. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast at the market at the end of the street was a real treat.

Cons:

The parking instructions weren’t explained, so we parked in the visitor carpark and received a note on our vehicle after paying for carparking.
