Beautiful city views & spectacular customer service
Pros:

Excellent stay for a weekend, we got some free upgrades to our room & check-out, enjoyed the spectacular view & loved the furnishings. We got a good night’s sleep & really loved the windows overlooking the city lights. Relatively central location for our needs. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the facilities (spa, pool, sauna, etc.) but would love to stay again to give them a go!

Beautiful city views, great customer service & luxury stay for a short weekend getaway to the city.
Pros:

The views, location & furnishings were fantastic! The staff were so friendly & accommodating, even calling ahead of time to ensure we knew check-in details & had any questions answered. Our dates of travel had 24 hours reception which really helped our check-in process & made it feel like such a personal & luxurious experience.

Cons:

It wasn’t super clear initially that parking was an additional cost, since I believe the listing has “parking” as a feature. The location / directions for parking was a little confusing but overall, glad it was an option.
