Needs repairs
Pros:

Bes was really comfortable.

Cons:

Room hadn't been cleaned properly, floor was gritty, flooring needs replacing, ceiling needs repairs
No cutlery in room, had to wait for someone to turn upto site and ask.

First stay i had here was better than this visit, room was nicer and way cleaner.

It was clean and everything worked well.

Cons:

Needed some cutlery and dinnerware for meals. Pity the hotel side of it wasn't functioning, so couldn't buy any drinks or meals.

Pros:

The shower was as good as we have found on our trip. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Didn't see anyone either when booking on or leaving. Bathroom room door needed fixing so as to slide properly. Appreciate owners/ managers were endeavouring to fix place up with new basin and toilet but a lot requires maintenance.

Barking dogs on site prevented sleep
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No restaurant, no meals, no bar facilities AND two large pig dogs located on site barked all night, so no sleep.
I contacted the property about this but received no response.

Pros:

Linen was clean as was room except for the bugs. Bed ok.

Cons:

Listed as 5 star. Rubbish. 3 star at best. On the edge of town. Pub has closed. No meals. Rooms tiny. No furniture. Might be ok for budget stay but as one local said "I wouldnt let my dog sleep there"! Gave 24 hours notice to leave but owner wouldnt relent as it request was after 2.00pm!!!. We had to pay fo another night. We were not impressed. Booking .com you really need to inspect this motel an downgrade the 5 star rating. The whole experience was a shambles.
