Pros:

Cheapest I could find in town

Cons:

It was more like a small Donna, had to shoulder charge the door to open, needed a massive make over, the pub and food side were very run down and not operational

Would not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Taps fitted wrongly in shower. Everyhtime you opened sink tap there was foul smell. Not worth the money paid. Had to wait for the owner to move car before we could park our car in front of our room. That happened late in the evening.

The room was clean, shower was hot, TV was good and the air con worked well.

Good if all you need is a bed and bathroom.

Cons:

Certainly not 5 stars.
No cutlery or plates
No where to sit other than the bed
Very small room
Very bare minimum

The beds where so comfortable

Cons:

Although i put estimated time of arrival between 6pm n 7pm the map that i clicked on took us to a house in the wrong street so we took a while to find the place and it was 7.30 and they had locked up and left. Luckily after a call they did come and let us in. Unfortunately theres no where to get food in cunnamulla after 8 so we missed out on dinner arriving at the pub at 8.03 they said sorry the kitchen closes at 8 😀

A good clean place with basic needs meet.
Pros:

Easy place to stop over for town and spa facilities . Friendly staff.

Cons:

Hard to get the electricity plugs changed behind the shelf on which the jug microwave and toaster were.
