Pros:

The receptionist told us there is going to be someone at the front desk at 8pm. We came back to the hotel around 8pm and there was no one. Our luggage was locked in a room we could t access where all of our baby milk and clothes were. We have requested a cot but there was no cot provided even though the front desk assured us there is going to be one. We spent 30 minutes calling various numbers, knocking on the door and trying to access our stuff. There was no apology whatsoever. We are never going back.

Check-in and check-out is all done online and would say that whilst there is a lot of communication, the directions to entry could be better and also a contact number would be beneficial. We had a superior apartment with 1 bedroom - really spacious for Paris and comfy beds, even the sofa bed. We were provided with a crib for our toddler guest too. Only things to point out, there's some iron grates by the fireplaces which whilst characterful weren't particularly safe for toddlers. The runner on the stairs had a few bumps too so you had to tread carefully (there is a lift though that we used). We did eat at the downstairs restaurant but hadn't realsied that was where we would get the 20% off so that wasn't offered. No room upgrade offered as far as I could tell. Excellent location though and spacey so a good base, particularly for longer stays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was excellent with easy access to a variety of key attractions like opera granite, galleries Lafayette, place de la Concorde, louvre etc. The apartment was spacious clean and well appointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated every interaction including staff at the front desk and staff serving breakfast.

O WIFI precisa melhorar , pois não funciona adequadamente no quarto, somente na sala do apartamento. Limpeza e arrumação muito restrita ( uma vez após o quarto dia).

Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo a metro, RER, pontos turísticos. Na mesma quadra tem um carrefour com tudo que vc precisa (inclusive vinho e comidas prontas). Prédio antigo, mas a acomodação é muito nova, recém reformada com tudo que há de moderno e de qualidade. Cozinha equipada (porém sem temperos), café expresso. Ar condicionado com aquecedor e também uma recepção que vc pode guardar sua bagagem se chegar antes do horário. Cama confortável (diferente de outros que só tinha sofá cama). Roupa de cama e banho excelentes. Recomendo demais essa hospedagem.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this place. The location was very close and walkable to many attractions. It was very clean, spotless! Our unit seemed to be renovated recently, so all the appliances, furniture, sheets and towels seemed like new. We requested an upgrade from our original reservation to a bigger unit and it was accepted. we paid the price difference, but it was worth it. The unit was very quiet and we had great sleep at all nights. There were a few issues with the AC or door handle but the owner was very responsive and quickly sent someone to take care of issues. We are very satisfied and will be back to this place again in next trips.

Brand new , large space, super clean. Great location. Supermarket and pharmacy on the same block. Front desk clerk very helpful. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very good towels and bedding. I highly recommend.

Pros:

Super séjour, appartements tout neuf et très spacieux, une situation idéale. Vraiment très agréable en tout point. Seul bémol l’enregistrement à faire pour obtenir les codes de l’entrée et son numéro d’appartement. Lés mails sont ensuite en anglais. Hormis ça génial !

Disappointed with the quality of the room.
- Smaller than the size listed, tiny bathroom, sofa bed barely fits.
- No washing machine as listed.
- Wonky chairs.
- Door gets stuck on the rug because the room is too small.
- Hot water runs out while having showers.
- Amenities are not filled up properly for 5 nights.
