All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:

The location is fantastic but this time the room had a bad odour
Pros:

It’s close to train lines and has plenty of space for all of us

Cons:

The room smelled like mould, like something had gotten wet and never dried properly, and it never seemed to go away. We’ve never had any issues when we’ve stayed there previously.

Pros:

Ich mag besonders die Lage.
Das Studio ist gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der Boden lässt sich manchmal nicht einfach reinigen. Und die Schwarze Stellen lassen sich nicht einfach wegwischen.
Weingläser fehlen. Kunststoff Gläser sind da wirklich nicht akzeptabel.
