Best Western Coeur de Maurienne Hotel Restaurant & Spa

It looks like this hotel was built within the last two or three years, so it felt very fresh and new. The room had decent space and a bathtub/shower. Breakfast was underwhelming but adequate. The hotel is located on the outer edge of town, so it's not near the old town, with its buildings and cafes, but it was easy to drive, and you could even walk if you're willing to foot it 20-30 minutes in one direction.

Hôtesse d’accueil assez désagréable et peu accueillante. Accès au rooftop impossible sauf invitation

Hotel agréable, idéal pour loger sur la route des stations ou pour un plus long séjour.

The hotel spa itself is fine but the location is just horrible and should be disclosed. It is set on the outskirts of the town on an industrial estate opposite a cement works and with a bottle bank behind. The room was fine. The restaurant was ok although they served the absolute worst tartiflette i have ever head in my 34 years of living in France. It was also rather expensive for what it was but the staff were charming. I would bot recommend it or ever stay there again.

The hotel is relatively new and therefore the facilities are in great conditions. The decorations and furniture give the place a nice ambience. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed staying at Best Western in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne.

Newly refurbished clean comfortable hotel - no frills but has all essentials. Service is friendly and hotel has lots of eco friendly initiatives which was great to see!

We were travelling from Italy to Calais and it was positioned well for an overnight stay. We would certainly stay again on our return.

Struttura nuova bene tenuta, i servizi da migliorare.

Des efforts ont été faits depuis l'ouverture. Mais le spa n'est toujours pas ouvert et le restaurant pas tous les jours. Pourtant les prix des nuitées sont élevés
