Appart'City Collection Paris Gare de Lyon

We stayed at Appart'City for 12 nights while we explored Paris each day. Our hotel was located within reasonable distance of several Metro stations (10-15 minutes walk). It is clean and modern, the buffet breakfast has great food with good variety, and staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor negative was that housekeeping wasn't great- 2 or 3 times we had to get toilet paper or kleenex from the lobby desk when we ran out, as housekeeping had not replenished it. Otherwise a great experience.

Room had nice decor and craftsmanship of the fitted was excellent.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. Everything we asked for, they supported. The metro is nearby with easy access into central Paris. There are friendly cafes and bars too. We would stay here again.

I think I killed three or four small cockroaches in the room.

Paris is in summer and temperature over 30c, but the air-conditioner changed to warm air, and we need to refill the water by customer but cost us HKD2500 per night

Great location. The apartment was big and had everything we needed. I would go back again.

10/10. The staff at the front are SO friendly, especially the lady at the front who checked me in. The hotel is phenomenal. Great amenities. If you have a water bottle, you can re-fill it. They also have complimentary flavoured water at the front & provided a bottle of water in the room too.

We had a nice stay. It a decent size hotel with kitchen so you can actually cook for longer stay. I highly recommend the place.

Great stay in Paris. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s lovely with great staff, welcoming lobby, good breakfast. The room is excellent - comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shower, tiny kitchenette. We hope to stay at this hotel in the future.

Excellent!

Very spacious room and bathroom by Paris standards. Very friendly staff. Conveniently located near the Gare de Lyon. Lovely overhead walk along the former elevated train track across the street from the hotel. If you plan to stay for longer than a couple of days and use the "food prep facilities", it would be a challenge. Not very much space, no toaster, not many dishes or cooking utensils.

Wish I had been able to stay longer! This will definitely be were we stay next time we are back in Paris. The hotel was clean, friendly and the beds were super comfy. The sound proofing was also great and the rooms were quiet and restful. There is a grocery next door and plenty of restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance. I also walked there from the train station.

Good location, room is clean but needed brand new bedding, not linen (no fault of cleaners). Noticed lots of dust at night when spots on, which came from bedding/pillows causing allergies for us and having to take antihistamines. Opened windows but people smoke outside foyer so smoke comes in. AC just recirculates dust so couldn’t have it on. Would ask for high rise flat and new actual bedding- pillows, mattress protector next time.

The breakfast is terrible with very limited options.

The rooms are very small.

The overall standard of the hotel has dropped from what it used to be.

The front desk staff is not helpful and provided wrong information.

Please avoid booking this hotel via the front desk staff as they don’t understand English and book wrong rooms.
