Quiet and close to the airport.

To call it an airport hotel is an overstatement, it may well be in the area of the hotel but getting there is not that easy, especially when the shuttle does not cater for all arrivals.
Door to door from the arrival terminal by foot is about 20 minutes, especially for those who need to try to find the place (and may have luggage)!

Generally old building and decor, calling it a 3 star would be generous.
Not worth the price quoted, anyone landing late or flying out early is better off staying at the NH which is right next door to the airport and easily reached on foot.

Staff were a little confused too, tried to charge us for the night when we had prepaid upfront.

The room was great but would have liked milk to make tea.

For one night stay close to the airport this is a nice and affordable place. It is a short walk to/from the airport although Google maps gives you a longer route to walk. It would be great if the hotel offered shuttle service early in the morning.

Perfect. Staff friendly and excellent. Food great. Bed great. Will definitely use again.

The hotel is in an ideal location for the airport and has a shuttle service. It has a large car park. The room was excellent very clean, spacious and quiet. The receptionist although pleasant was not overly helpful. We had to look at the menu on her phone and it was quite minimal. We regularly stay at Accor hotels and always have a free drinks voucher, she refused to allocate it against the alcoholic drink despite other hotels always doing that and said it could only be used against the soft drink. Not good customer service for regular guests. In all ok but would try the Radisson next door as restaurant looked very good!

Terrible, rube, late check in service

Très bel hôtel, bien situé près de l’aéroport avec système de navettes. Le petit déjeuner est moyen pour le prix mais le restaurant (midi/soir) est très bon et accessible.

Je rencontre des problèmes de facturation. Vous me devez de l'argent, ecart entre les montants perçus et ceux factures j'attends la régularisation.

Beware of the small print. I booked this property thinking that my family of 4 could all stay in one room. However, the staff informed me upon check-in that, since my daughters were 14 and 17, that we would have to have two rooms. I was not allowed to check-in unless I booked a second room. When we got upstairs, there were two queen-sized beds in the first room we booked. My girls stayed on the queen sofa bed and we stayed in the regular bed. We did not even open the second room we had to book. When checking out, I was not allowed to be refunded since a manager was not present. I will be working to get my money back. This policy is ridiculous. Note: the hotel is in walking distance to the airport. Again, fine print states you have to book the shuttle in advance...

Les personnelles sont professionnelles. Une très bonne ambiance.

The staff do not have adequate knowledge of what to communicate to guests when checking in. They assume you that you're well informed of their policies. Then ends up blaming guests for their own Mistakes.

They claim to provide courtesy bottle of water for our room type. However, they only provided a bottle of water that could not fill up a standard glass.
I will not be staying again or recommend.

I enjoyed my day at this hotel, the room was a suite really comfortable and spacious.
