Très propre. Personnel souriant et diligent.

Das Zimmer ohne Fenster gehen aussen war etwas düster. Das Bett ohne lattenrost war viel zu hart.
Der Essbereixh ist sehr schön. Jedoch wenn man am Abend [nah 22 .00 Uhr]was Drinken möchte, wird man an die Baar gesetzt. Obwohl genügend bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden sind. Bekommt nur einen Sofaplatz,wenn man mit nachdruck und dem hinweiss.als Hausgast um einen Platz bittet.

Hammer Frühstück, super schöne Location. Betten sauber, Zimmer könnten aber mal wieder einen Grundputz ertragen und Putzpersonsl müsste für die WC Reinigung den WC Besen im die Hand nehmen. Rückstände hinten in der Schüssel, Verschmutzungen unter Spiegel etc.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was amazing.

Das Hotel ist zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen. Die Fußgängerzone ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr bunt und es macht Spaß dort zu übernachten.

Uniquely decorated hotel centrally located only a couple of blocks from the historic centre of Dijon, all sights within walking distance. We travelled with our dog and the hotel is extremely dog-friendly: At check in I was informed without even asking that dogs are allowed everywhere on the premises, including the restaurant, breakfast and bar. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Parking garage in the basement at an extra cost. I can highly recommend this hotel especially for dog owners

Tres bien je recommande

Nous avions réservé une place de parking, avons appelé 2h avant d’arriver afin de bien confirmer cette place (ce qui était le cas). Mais 1h avant d’arriver nous recevons de nouveau un coup de fil nous signifiant que cette place a été « prise » par un autre client et donc que l’hôtel n’en avait plus pour nous…

Loved the quirky, fun element to this hotel with the decor and option for the cinema.

Room was nice but the lack of even a kettle for tea/coffee in the room is something I’ve never witnessed even in the most basic of hotels so this was a real let down for me.

Great stay at MS Dijon. Travelling as a family of 4 and the adjoining room was perfect. So many hotels shove a sofa bed in the corner but this was two separate but connected rooms. Breakfast was great, standard hotel prices. Parking underground was super convenient. Hotel well situated for exploring Old town Dijon.

Alles war super, außer Parkplatz muss im voraus reserviert werden.

Great design hotel, with amazing entertainment offer as karaoke rooms and cinema.

Great location. Funky style hotel. Staff were friendly at check in. Small often crowded lobby. Room is cute… Don’t care for the masks over the light fixtures. Feel they are unnecessary for the decor. Otherwise the room is nice. Only true problem… the air conditioning, while quiet, doesn’t cool the room down. Had to lay without covers all night the first night. Second night we opened the curtains and slept with the window open. It was a 95 degree day, but the open window was better than the AC.

Ottima cucina con ampia scelta (prima colazione).
Nota negativa per quanto concerne la pulizia del bagno e relativa scarsa dotazione di prodotti per l'igiene della persona.

Pro:
- Nytt og fresht hotell
- Flipperspill og andre retro videospill i lobbyen var svært populært
- Flotte og praktiske bad
- Sentral beliggenhet

Con:
- Hotellparkeringen var full ved ankomst. Men mulig å parkere i offentlig parkeringsgarasje 5 minutter unna.
- Frokosten var OK, men noe uorganisert. Virket som det ikke var nok personale til stede for å rydde unna og sørge for påfyll

Our stay at Mama Shelter in Dijon was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a great vibe, with beautiful and creative interior design, and exceptionally friendly staff. The restaurant was delightful and there was a lovely outdoor bar which is made for enjoyable evenings. The rooms are fantastic—with vibrant, tasteful colour schemes—and the bathrooms stand out, especially the showers, along with fluffy towels. If I visit Dijon again, I will definitely stay here.
