Buena ubicación para conocer lo mejor de la ciudad

Buena ubicación, cama cómoda, estancia amplia, productos de aseo de buena calidad, decoración acogedora y moderna

Cons:

Se nota que ha sido renovado pero hay detalles como la taza del wc o el armario que se notan antiguos y algo deteriorados. Era un poco complicado regular la temperatura del agua de la ducha, si movías un poquito salía helada o hirviendo

Experiencia pésima, nada recomendable con bebé

Si viajas con un bebé, mejor busca otra opción.

Solicitamos una cuna antes de llegar y, al entrar al apartamento, no había ninguna. Además, el sistema de aire acondicionado es centralizado entre varios apartamentos, y nos informaron de que si algún inquilino no quería aire frío, el resto tampoco podía utilizarlo. Nos tocó un día de bastante calor y no pudimos poner el aire acondicionado, algo totalmente inaceptable.

Intentamos buscar una solución llamando, pero la atención fue muy poco profesional. La encargada respondió de malas formas, indicando que la cuna era “según disponibilidad” y que, si no estábamos conformes, podían cancelar la reserva y devolvernos el dinero.

Finalmente, nos vimos obligados a salir y buscar un hotel de urgencia, con maletas y el bebé a cuestas, lo que supuso una situación bastante incómoda.

He estado en muchos hoteles y apartamentos y nunca me había ocurrido algo así. Experiencia muy decepcionante.

Peu mieux faire
Pros:

L emplacement est très bien.
Le personnel est très bien.
L équipement et la déco de la chambre sont très bien, salle de bain parfaite.

Cons:

La chambres a une fenêtre qui donne sur une gallérie avec escalators.
La ventillation/climatisation n etait presque efficace que si elle etait à fond donc du coup très bruyant. Il faisait du coup soit trop chaud à transpirer sur une alèse synthétique soit trop bruyant à être réveillé.
Bref mauvaise nuit.

Nice hotel but things could be improved

Position, view from the rooftop for breakfast, nice and welcoming staff

Room
The room was pretty dark with no real natural light. The only window looked into the building, and there weren’t enough lamps to brighten things up.
Bathroom Issues
No glass or screen around the shower, so the whole big bathroom got soaked every time. Worst part: zero hooks, shelves, or spots to hang towels, robe, or a beauty case. Weird for such a large bathroom and absolutely uncomfortable.

Pros:

Ubicacion muy buena y tranquila y el resturante con unas vistas perfectas

Cons:

Olia muy mal en los pasillos, para subir un piso al resturante habia que usar ascensor, no se pueden usar las escalera, ni abrir las ventanas y da un poco de claustrofobia.
