Hôtel Présent - 200m des Arènes de Arles - Encore Mieux

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre ville, parking public à proximité . La décoration est vintage chic. Le petit déjeuner complet et servi dans une salle style bistrot. Hôtel complètement automatisé, ce qui peut être perturbant . L’ascenseur est en fait une capsule étroite qui peut également surprendre.

It's too complicated and the help is very poor. You are dependent on having internet connection and a smartphone.
Even though it's a double room, there is only one chair.
They say city view but there is a view of a backyard.
There is no door to the shower room.

Nicely located in the old town, but there are no parking options nearby, so only use the hotel if you don't have a car.
The room is small and hard stairs to climb.. 

Sparkling clean room. Fab location with lovely view from the balcony. Super comfy bed and duvet. Nice breakfast. The best thing about Hotel Present Encore Mieux is the staff. They really do care about their guests and are incredibly kind and super responsive to guests. The nicest staff I've met in all my travels. This is a unique place to stay and I recommend without hesitation.

À déconseiller la chambre 100 située en rez-de-chaussée partagé avec un bar restaurant qui ferme à 24:30.

Après, calme assuré. Salle de bains très spacieuse.

Very good location , access easy, left luggage good , room nice but a few things need sorting out . Bathroom hand basin doesn't drain even the over spill hole doesn't work. Door lock doesnt work so was scary for me. I couldn't make the coffee maker work. Breakfast at cafe next door worked well.

Hervorragende Lage, sehr gute Gestaltung der Zimmer. Preiswert. Beim komplett digitalisierten Check In etwas Verzögerung, aber alles ok. Ungewöhnlicher Aufzug. Eine Reklamation wurde sehr zügig und zufriedenstellend bearbeitet. Gerne wieder.

Petit hôtel de centre ville parfaitement situé sur une place à 2 minutes des arènes. Déco ultra tendance avec rooftop et ascenseur capsule! Pas de clé es. Tout se fait par téléphone. Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux servi en terrasse.

Le plus ennuyeux c'est l’ouverture de la porte d'entrée et la porte de la chambre.
Impossible de les ouvrir, heureusement qu'elles ont pu être ouvertes à distance.

We hadn't expected the hotel to be unstaffed. The automatic door entry instructions were fairly clear and there was a contact number on the door if we hadn't got in. But it wasn't welcoming on a cold winter's night. Everything was clean and stylish inside. The room was heated but the temp control seemed limited. Coffee machine was not intuitive and that & kettle were in an unlit cupboard, so we used the torches on our phones.

la deco vintage et super chouette il n y a pas de tv mais aucun problème, l emplacement très bien situé et le système d ouverture des portes sur le smartphone et vraiment bien attention au parking il y a le marché et malheureusement notre véhicule a la fourrière malheureusement nous étions pas les seul de l hôtel

La chambre était très propre et la douche spacieuse. L'hôtel est situé sur un place où il y a de la vie et des restaurants, en plein coeur de la vieille ville. L'accueil autonome (clé virtuelle sur Whatsapp) se fait sans anicroche (quoique on craigne toujours

Stylish and fun place to stay. Very friendly, accommodating staff. And perfect location to explore Arles from. I would definitely go back.

Logement très agréable et calme. Mathilde a été très réactive en matière de communication et d'information. L'entrée numérique était facile et bien communiquée. Le stationnement était facile si vous pouvez obtenir une place à côté de l'hôtel. Il est gratuit entre 19h et 9h. Le stationnement toute la journée coûte 30E. En général, il est difficile de se garer à Arles. Le quartier de l'hôtel est récent et compte de nombreux restaurants. Le marché était à proximité, juste à l'extérieur des murs de la ville. Je recommanderais de séjourner à l'hôtel Present.

Er du til 70'er indretning er værelset vi fik en sand fryd. Super lækker og dejlig altan med udsigt til hyggelig plads. Lækker og pris venlig vin i vinkøleskabet. Gid jeg skulle bo der i længere tid. Virkelig en oplevelse.

Friendly, clean, prompt reply to all comms, great location, balcony a real asset.
Only negative was that it was maybe a little overdesigned - minimalist brown with black bulbs and pink lavatory not really our thing....
Definitely need to include a couple of beers / nuts in the fridge not just wine.

La chambre est belle, propre et bien située. Par contre, elle donne sur une cour intérieure qui utilisée pour mettre les vidanges...

Beautiful vintage design combined with all modern facilities. And a very welcoming staff, makes you feel as if staying with friends.
