Pros:

We needed a comfortable base for our family within close distance to Westmead Hospital. Our personal security was a priority as well as ease of access to our unit and parking. We would definitely recommend this to others. Thank you for helping with small things that arose.

Nice and spacious appartment. Under cover parking was good and it was great having two bathrooms for a family of four.

Facilities, location and cleanness

Cons:

The lack of information on how to access, and when I received the first access code only worked for the main building door. Had to call for the access code for the unit.
Also, parking is an issue. Should be included.

It was a good stay
Pros:

Location was good and the flat was big and jad 2 bathrooms which we wanted.

Cons:

No aircons or fans in the room . This made the rooms very hot and hard to sleep during the night . We couldnot open the windows as it invited too many mosquitos inside the room.

Pros:

Easy contactless check-in.
All kitchen drawers and cabinets marked making it easy to locate things.

Cons:

Nothing except that we could not get anything to wipe the floor after showering.
