Serra Boutique Hôtel

Comme toujours un accueil au top, l'équipe est souriante, chaleureuse et vous appelle par votre nom, une belle marque d'attention. Les chambres sont belles, modernes, et les draps... en lin froissé, un régal ! Merci à la team !

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was very large and the air conditioning was perfect. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. We also enjoyed the exercise room on property and the location of the property. It was close to the highway as well as to the center of town. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely reccomend this hotel!

Un hôtel avec une décoration raffinée. Des espaces où l’on peut se poser, boire un verre ou travailler en profitant d’une verrière magnifique. Les prestations sont de qualité. C’est une super découverte et un super endroit. Je recommande vivement.

L’hôtel est beau, le personnel est agréable. Les chambres sont bien propres et agréables.
Il est bien placé.

Les bémols sont la pression très faible de la douche et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

Malgre un petit imprevu a mon arrivee, la personne a l'accueil a super bien gere, avec le sourire, qu'elle en soit remerciee ici. Elle a ete a la hauteur des prestations de l'etablissement, de tres tres bon niveau. Bref, c'etait une premiere fois pour moi, mais pas la derniere, mes prochains sejours a Agen se feront au Serra Hotel. Idealement situe, ceux qui cherchent un lieu calme pour sejourner peuvent s'y installer en toute confiance.

Top hotel in the heart of Agen. Very well located. Perfect service and we even hired bikes to discover the city. We will be back!

Super hôtel. Il faudrait juste un peu améliorer le buffet petit déjeuner qui était vraiment très pauvre.

Completely newly built, unfortunately few guests, good gym, good wine bar, lousy breakfast, staff were absolutely fantastic, good parking facilities.

Excellent séjour, je conseille vraiment et surtout le brunch du dimanche matin !

Hôtel neuf. Bon accueil. Très belle déco. Chambre calme et confortable. Petit déjeuner 'express' appréciable mais un peu cher. Nous y retournerons volontiers

C’est une déconnexion totale!

Everywhere was beautifully decorated and very clean. But the room fittings were a little inconvenient. There was only one bedside cabinet and only one bedside light for a double bed. Unfortunately they were on opposite sides of the bed. So if you had the bedside lamp you had to put your accoutrements on the floor on the shelf above and behind the bed. If you had the bedside cabinet you had a large overhead light whose switch also controlled the main lights. There was an armchair in the room which was very comfortable but also a small wooden designer chair which looked arty but was of no use and not comfortable. So it seemed that the need for design to call themselves a boutique hotel overrode the need for comfort and usability. So main hotel facilities were great but rooms not well thought out.

Hôtel impeccable, la literie est confortable et la salle de bain superbe et incroyablement propre !
Personnel attentionné, agréable et compétent.
