The floor had dust gathered in the corners of the room otherwise ok

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfy but the two singles do slide apart very easily which then creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The free transfer bus to Disney was very useful and punctual and driver was very friendly! We have zero complaints about our stay except the hotel held a 1st birthday event while we were there so we had no access to the facilities that night, when we went outside to collect our Uber Eats we found the guests attending the event were extremely rude and gave us very judgemental looks as we were not ‘dressed up’ and would not let us past.

Everything else was perfect and the pool was a really nice treat! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely new hotel. The staff were great when they could not initially find our expedia booking. The rooms are fairly large and very comfortable. The gym and pool looked great although we did not have time to use them. The restaurant was also very good. Not cheap but reasonable for the quality. It is a about 15 mins to Disney Parks but they have a shuttle and plenty of Ubers available for under 20E.

Several issues during our stay. The facility was beautiful, the service was unkind, unhelpful, and unprofessional from the time of check in to check out. It was clear that the front desk staff does not want to be there and it shows. Additionally, there is not enough staff to check in / help guests efficiently. They should hire staff from the Disney Park that understand how to deliver Disney level of service. As a hotel operator in the US, I was appalled by the way I was talked to and treated. Very limited offerings for food and a lot of restrictions. Avoid if possible, don’t be lured by the photos, the service and time restrictions/early and late closures of the on-site offerings, risk ruining your stay as it did ours. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

If taking the Disney shuttle bus as we hoped, important to know, they stop running shuttles 12-5, creating additional challenges.

Flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. Both the hotel and hotels.com wouldn't accommodate our misfortune.

Lovely hotel

We had such a lovely stay! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well after long days at the Disney parks. It’s only a short ride to Disney, which was super convenient for us. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar – food and drinks were really nice (a little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected so close to Disney). Simba and Jared were great! Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

Breakfast delicious. Restaurant super tasty. Pool and gym facilities great. Loved the room & the shuttle to Disney was so easy and straight forward with lots of times. Would defo come back!

It’s a new hotel so everything is really modern and clean. Great shuttle service to Disneyland. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

The lady in the reception was grumpy when I asked her where to park when we arrived.
The rest of the staff member were friendlier.
Same breakfast menu served everyday.Signage to staircase must be more clearer as lifts then to get really busy.

Shuttle to Disneyland paris was great the food at restaurant was good and great customer Service the bed was very comfortable and being able to make breakfast was helpful

The property it’s self is clean but the staff is rude or pretty much don’t try to help in anyway. They expect everyone to speak French. Dining menu was not the best but very expensive

4 star would be about right for this hotel. It was a nice clean hotel. The staff were pleasant and a complementary non alcoholic drink voucher was given upon check in.
The room itself was nice and clean, although cosmetically it was unfinished. The kitchenette was great and they supplied most things for example a fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, kitchen utensils and a microwave. Tea/coffee machine was standard but the annoying thing was no water bottles. They had one water dispenser each floor which unfortunately was as far away as it possibly could be from our room.
Breakfast was half decent. A choice of english or continental on offer, but no baked beans surprisingly. The breakfast staff were nice and polite.
The shuttle bus was on the hour from 9am and I’d suggest getting on board quick as seating is limited. Two running buses might have been ideal.
You had a shopping mall close by called Vl d Europe and also a fantastic outlet village next to the mall. The general area was very clean and safe, with a good choice of restaurants.
This hotel is fairly new and I expect it will be completed and improvements made over the next year and could see myself going back one day.
