Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple comments note the hotel and rooms are very clean ('hôtel propre', 'chambre impeccable'), though one stay was marred by unpleasant bathroom odors and reported leaks.
Service
9.3
Service is frequently praised (accueil agréable, personnel adorable, mentions of Irina and professional hôtesses); isolated issues include an unresponsive pre-arrival message, a premium phone number to contact the hotel, and one observed staff dispute.
Location
8.6
Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants with practical parking and proximity to an attached restaurant, but a few guests noted it is somewhat distant from Toulouse city centre.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms are described as comfortable and new with good soundproofing and comfortable beds; some negatives: small room size for some stays, thin pillows, bathroom layout (WC close to sink) and occasional plumbing issues/odors.
Amenities
8.4
Amenities include a pool (valued during heat), ping-pong at reception and an on-site restaurant; drawbacks: pool access is charged (10€/day/person) and some rooms lack fridge or hairdryer.
Value for Money
9.5
Multiple reviews highlight excellent rapport qualité/prix and calls like 'incroyable' or 'exceptionnel', indicating strong perceived value overall.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is described variously as correct, simple but complete, or of average quality; some guests reported limited choices after groups and one very positive comment about the restaurant meal.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall impressions are largely positive with many 'Très bon séjour' and repeat-intent comments; occasional negatives (noise from early works, breakfast shortages, bathroom issues) temper perfect scores.

Très bon hôtel qualité/prix
Pros:
