Morgan and Francis made my night, they were proffessional, very caring and outgoing individuals. I’ve traveled to 100’s of hotels and they really made my bad day into a positive one.
I booked a Deluxe Double Room via Booking.com, but upon arrival the hotel informed me that no such rooms were available unless I paid an additional €150. I felt pressured to accept this surcharge just to get the type of room I had already booked.
Browsing through the reviews I realized I am not the only who have been in this situation.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The room was not clean (stains on the carpet and windows), and I even found cockroaches — I have photos as proof. Despite reporting this to reception, the cleaning service never came unless I asked every single day.
Overall, I felt misled by the booking information, overcharged, and extremely disappointed by the cleanliness and service. I sincerely hope Booking.com and the hotel review their standards to prevent this happening to other guests.

The hotel was nice. The only downside of this property was they entered and cleaned the room while we had a do not disturb sign on. But other than that, the hotel was really clean and the gym had good views. The staff was helpful at front desk as well

Pros: advanced/secure elevators, close to metro, new and clean.
Cons: only had hand soap (no shampoo, conditioners, etc.), no mini fridge, shower walks into bedroom so it can feel cold after a shower, hotel bars/restaurant closes early, a worker came into the room but unsure what he wanted as there was language barrier, area doesn’t really feel safe

Seems to be common place reading the reviews, my booking also got 'lost in the system' and they had no record of it even though I booked through the Wyndham site with a confirmation email.
The staff told me that it happens all the time and I'm still trying to figure out if I was charged more than I was meant to pay as they may have booked a different category and the deposit I was made to pay was more than I had expected. I do notice that I am also missing loyalty points which should be credited but have not been possibly due to a different category booking.
I was told to wait a while for them to sort it out (and given a drink voucher which was good) but was never told when the room was ready, no initiative shown here. I just wanted to get to my room and waiting is fine but if its ready and you are still waiting because of a hotel error and no one tells you, that is a waste of time
The hotel room was clean, and new. The shower was really good. I booked a double bed which was 2 made up single beds pushed together. To the point where when you used the blanket it was only for a single bed as half the bed was still tucked in and made up, so it was really a twin with nothing separating the beds.
The fitness centre was very good and the hotel is located close to a few different metro and RER stations which makes it convenient.
Reception staff in general were indifferent. They were blunt but not fully rude, and were not friendly or welcoming. As mentioned above, not much initiative shown in certain situations. Bar staff however were friendly and helpful
The hotel need to sort out it's admin issues. What could be quite a nice hotel is let down by these things leaving quite a bad taste
Didn’t spend much time here, just overnighted on a layover but the check in process took a bit of time due to a long line at midnight and there was an issue with a group of guests complaining about their rooms. Our room was fine, the view was great and the bed was very comfortable.
I was told at the time of checking out that an occupant fee of 7.80 EURO per person will be charged, which was not communicated in advance to me at the time of booking. If you wish to do a early check-in, you will be charged with EURO 50.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were great especially with customer service! The room was very clean and modern! I appreciated that. The area is also great—enjoyed getting to see about her part of town!
My stay was actually a mixed bag.
More bad than good but I did have nice room.
My first night I nearly froze to death NO Heat im the winter totally UNACCEPTABLE.
The second night the lift dropped me unexpectedly 2 floors
again UNACCEPTABLE.
The management showed no real comcern for my experiences there.
I did enjoy their caesar salad and 1 of there wait staff I wrote her name to give her a shout out but couldn't find my note. However she was very helpful & comforting after my lift ordeal.
