Cons:

Parking was quite far and not cheap. Very inconvenient to go up to 8 Floor to find an empty space and come with the luggage to the hotel in 30 degree heat. Staff didn’t explain properly how to use parking tickets not to be overcharged
Also restaurant in the hotel very average.

Pros:

We ate at the upstairs restaurant and thought it was wonderful, food was great and the staff helpful and friendly, great atmosphere. accommodation is close to my family and we spent a lot of time at the fringe festival which was easy to walk to.

Cons:

Overall we were very happy with everything, but we did have a bit of trouble regulating our air conditioner.

Lovely looking hotel foyer.Clean room and friendly staff

Will book again.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft for me and pillows also not to my preference, but that may be different for others.

Good location for Adelaide Fringe.
Pros:

Location was great and generally pretty good.

Cons:

Air con could t be regulated even after 2 attempts with staff. TV very difficult to get operational. Housekeeping has to be booked and wasn’t aware nothing said on check in.
