Over all its a nice and pleasant stay.
Pros:

It’s a new one, still clean.

Cons:

I came at the same time with graduation venue at floor 5M (?), so its very crowded and I should wait very long to use the lift from 1 to 5th floor, while one from 3 lifts (?) is not in operation. The hotel should take attention in the future so the hotel guests do not need to wait very long time.

Great choice for staycation or leisure on the heart of bandar lampung city
Pros:

We come here for staycation to celebrate our daughter birthday and it was a great decision. Hotel provide complimentary cake which such a warm gesture for us. Breakfast has many variant menu and free for toddler which is a big plus. Beautiful room view, clean room, helpful staffs and festive decoration make our stay certainly memorable.

Nice experience and cozy place to stay
Pros:

Comfort hotel with the best view, i can see the city light clearly, so beautiful. The breakfast is yummy and i can find vurious indonesian foods here, love it. The front liner was so helpfull and friendly. This is my second time visit and stay here, i do enjoy and love my stay. Thank you Grand Mercure Lampung.

- when i checked in, were told that my booking did not include breakfast. Actually finally confirmed the breakfast is included.
- When i requested a bottle of additional mineral water, where only 2 bottles are provided for each room per day. i were told that i should pay the additional one.

Best overall experience in Bandar Lampung
Pros:

The rooms have a very high quality. It’s very clean and feels new.

Cons:

Unfortunately there is no concierge service and the building feels very empty as it’s supposed to house a mall, supermarket and other businesses.
The breakfast buffet seems to value quantity over quality, I would rate it average.
Some non-smoking rooms are located on the same floor as smoking rooms which leads to a bad smell.

Excellent Stay and Great Service!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Lampung. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway.

The breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Our little one really enjoyed the pool and kids’ area, and the warm service from the team made our birthday celebration even more special.

Thank you, Grand Mercure Lampung, for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely come back again on our next visit to Lampung!

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The hotel is stunning, well designed, ultimate comfort, the room so spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and super nice from the start. The food was delicious and had many choices . Overall the ambience were nice and cozy.

Lokasi tengah kota

Cons:

Tidak ada layanan pengangkutan tas/barang/ koper. Sehingga barang bawa sendiri sampai ke kamar, repot bila barang banyak, tidak ada troli/staf troli.
Staf resepsionis wanita tidak ramah, tidak membantu.
Banyak pengunjung saat sarapan sehingga suasana restoran seperti pasar carut marut.
Kebersihan kamar perlu di tingkatkan.
Parkir mobil satu area dengan parkir pertokoan.

Best view, delicious breakfast, friendly hotel, helpful
Pros:

Good hotel with amazing service and best view. Delicious, tasty for food when breakfast time, especially bread and porridge . Center area make me easy to go around. The staff was very helpfull especially bellboy at ground lobby.
