Muchos de los integrantes del equipo del hotel,restaurante,la pastelería,la limpieza.

Cons:

Es un hotel poco caracterizado, tipo negocios,congresos,frío. Nos cambiaron de habitación porque hay algunas sin salida a la luz, dan al interior del hotel, incluso a un parque infantil interior. No es en muchas cosas un hotel de 5 estrellas por infraestructura, si lo es por algunos miembros de su equipo.

Prachtig hotel en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Gym, zwembad.

Super Hotel !
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Vor allem Ulan und Anggi haben sich sehr um uns gekümmert, waren immer nett und professionell. Uns wurde ein welcome Gutschein zu einem Afternoon Tea und einem Getränk gegeben ind später auch noch for einen Cocktail.
Der Fitness Bereich ist gut ausgestattet und hell. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Buffet war fantastisch und das auch für Vegetarier. Die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse ist wunderschön !
Der Strand war direkt auf der anderen Seite und es wurden Strandliegen und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wellen an dieser Stelle.waren für uns etwas hoch ,aber wenn man ein paar Meter läuft , sind die Wellen wesentlich kleiner und das Meer war sehr schön. Der.Strand ist was für Leute die den großen Touristen Trubel aus dem Weg gehen wollen. Nicht überlastet und 3.km lang. Überall gibt es Restaurants am Strand , die aber auch nicht zu überfüllt sind , vor allem.am Tag nicht . Wir fanden es sehr erholsam und würden nochmal hinfahren .

Cons:

Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Schrank oder Hänger um Kleider aufzuhängen. Im Fitnessbereich gingen schonmal die Handtücher aus und wenn viel Betrieb war, war es beim morgen Buffet schwer für die Bedienung mit dem Abräumen und Nachfragen der Gäste nachzukommen , aber das war nur einmal der Fall.
Als Vegetarien hat man eine gute Auswahl an Essen , aber nicht alles ist für Vegetarier ausgeschildert. Ein kleines Erkennungsschild z.B
ein Blatt an der Seite könnte diesen Umstand leicht beheben.

Es ist das beste Hotel in Jimbaran!
Pros:

Schönes Rooftop zum Frühstück und Essen, sehr aufmerksames Personal, schöne Aussicht im OceanView-Zimmer. Gute Essensqualität. Jimbaran deutlich angenehmer als das übertouristische Kuta. Viele nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe am Strand.

Cons:

Feuchtigkeitsproblem wie in vielen Häusern mit entsprechender Geruchsbelästigung, Rauchbelästigungen (rituell) durch Umgebung.
