Pros:

Great location, close to beach and seafood restaurants, staff all very friendly, great variety for breakfast, fantastic spa, rooftop bar was amazing for sunset views, great meals and drinks

Muy recomendable como hotel. Atención genial.
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien conservado y la limpieza es muy buena. Las instalaciones muy completas; piscina interior y exterior. El desayuno es sublime pero la carta para comer y/o cenar se queda un poquito corta si estás varios días.
Tuvieron la consideración de pasarnos de business room a Luxe sin solicitarlo. Hacen actividades como clases de bachata, BBQ, etc. Pudimos hacer un later check out por un precio contenido. Tienen un pequeño beach club con 8 hamacas para los clientes

Cons:

Está un poco alejado del nucleo urbano pero se puede llegar andando. Si el calor aprieta, no apetece mucho. Mejor recurrir a Grab
Delante del hotel está lleno de los "famosos" restaurantes que te hacen y comes el pescado en la playa. No nos dieron mucha confianza.

Prima hotel, minder mooie omgeving. Sanur aan het stand is veel leuker.
Pros:

Personeel zeer vriendelijk, fijn zwembad (beetje ondiep) goede service. Prima ontbijt buffet.

Cons:

De omgeving in Jimbaran is niet mooi. Kan niet zwemmen in de zee, grote toeristische bedoening.

Amazing hotel and the staff, but isolated!

The pools areas, the restaurants, amenities and the staff were exceptional

Cons:

I did not like the fact that accross the road from the hotel were fish restaurants, blockin on the beach front and were burning their rubish during the day and the fish lefovers and smell were horible in the whole area

We would like to stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel was very impressive.
The rooftop bar and the infinity pool were a nice bonus.

But the best thing about the hotel was the very friendly and smiling staff especially Dewi who looked after us very well during our stay including getting us a piece of cake with candles on for our celebration.

We mentioned to the staff that we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary while in Bali and there was a nice congratulations message on a plate in our room with some lovely cake also. When we arrived.

Cons:

The only surprise was how much it cost to keep our room for a few hours before our taxi picked us up.
We were charged half of the room rate.
Apart from that, everything was perfect.
