Amazing friendly and give her five stars
Pros:

There was a lot to like about the property welcoming. As soon as we got to the front door. Everyone greeted you escorted you to your room. If we had any questions we asked them even to the point where I needed to book in a bluebird Taxi they were happy to do that for. The breakfast was amazing.

Top notch experience and amazing hospitality.
Pros:

The hospitality is amazing, you would see smiling faces welcoming you always. We needed a motor bike to rent for a day and the lady at the reception was prompt enough to get us the right person for renting the bike. The infinity club at the roof top was amazing and Krishna served us really well.

Overall a very happy and positive experience. Kudos.

Cons:

Nothing which we could think of, the food was amazingly tasty. Hospitality top notch and warm feelings.

Amazing Hotel and Staff
Pros:

I recently stayed at Platinum Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The beachfront location is perfect, with plenty of fresh seafood restaurants just steps away, making evening walks and dinners by the ocean so enjoyable.

The staff were warm and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully set up for a relaxing stay. Everything felt well cared for and welcoming.

I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a great location by the beach.

Great Hotel Great Staff, Great Food.
Pros:

Breakfast had a huge variety but tended to cater more for Asian tastes than Western. Having said this we were never short of finding something delicious. The food was good and the staff were more than helpful in attending to your every need. Even the Barista style coffee was provided by staff asking if you'd like a cup.This is a very staff driven hotel and it really shows that the staff are treated well and that makes for a happy environment all around. Food at the restaurants and Rooftop Bar was superb and very reasonable and again the level of service was second to none. Again , the staff were genuinely warm and friendly and this lifted our stay to another level. PS, the Mushroom and Blue Cheese Pizza is to die for.

Cons:

We couldn't fault the hotel pers se as everything was just perfect for our stay and no request, however small, was denied. What we did find annoying, and this is no fault of the hotel, was that there was only seafood restaurants for a long hot walk of the town and very little of interest if you wanted to explore the area. There was also a group of dogs opposite the hotel that regularly started fighting late at night, very noisy and woke up a lot of guests. They appear to be a permanent feature of the two Seafood restaurants opposite. Again, a problem for the hotel but not their fault.
The seafood restaurants themselves are pretty old and the food is exorbitantly priced for what you get. They tend to BBQ the seafood way too long and it ends up overcooked and dry, defeating the purpose of getting fresh, succulent fare. It's a long hot walk to the main drag if you need supplies or even just want to browse around and the hotel would make a lot of friends by providing an electric cart to drop guests off downtown to JL Ulawatu 1.
