Pros:

Hotel internazionale difronte alla spiaggia vicino aeroporto. Spiaggia bella con lettini ed ombrellone gratuiti. Le parti comuni molto ben curate due piscine, 2 ristoranti nella hall, l'altro sulla terrazza, spa , palestra attrezzatissima e con macchinari nuovi. La colazione ottima ed abbondante sulla terrazza che ospita anche il ristorante serale con cene a tema ogni sera diverse con vista sul mare con tramonti mozzafiato. La ristorazione in generale molto buona sia locale che internazionale con anche piatti di pasta italiane e pizza ben fatti con l'intero staff sempre cordiale ed attento e premuroso nei nostri confronti in particolare il Manager Francesco ( italiano ) e la cameriera Dewi simpatica, cordiale e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La camera una suite d'angolo fronte mare grande ma con qualche pecca!!

Cons:

Hotel è bello tenuto bene ma si trova in una zona isolata dal centro se non hai i mezzi diventa un pò noioso, difronte lungo la spiaggia ci sono molti ristoranti di pesce locali dove alla sera riempiono la spiaggia di tavoli, luci e fuochi d'artificio ma noi ci siamo rifiutati di andare in quanto la pulizia è in tutti al limite della decenza. Non ci hanno entusiasmato i messaggi fatti all'interno della Spa del hotel operatori distaccati e sempre scocciati i massaggi raggiungevano di poco la sufficienza. La stanza era grande è ben arredata ma tutte le mattine nel bagno cera una puzza di fogna insopportabile che poi durante il giorno lentamente svaniva, probabilmente avevano problemi negli scarichi. La pulizia giornaliera della camera non era ottimale frugale e veloce con molte pecche. Sconsiglio la suite ad angolo con vista mare perche la vista mare e parziale soprattutto al tramonto.

Eccellente soggiorno a Jimbaran
Pros:

Struttura eccezionalmente pulita. Personale sorridente, cordiale ma soprattutto molto, molto rapido nel gestire qualsiasi richiesta. Cibo e bevande di ottimo livello. A due passi dal mare.

Cons:

Era indicato che l’orario della spiaggia era a partire dalle 9, in realtà, su quattro mattine di soggiorno, la spiaggia non è mai stata pronta (almeno parzialmente) prima delle 9.30/40

ottim struttura
molto ampie le camere
ottima colazione varia e internazionale e poi è divertente che un giorno la offrono al ristorante al piano terra e un giorno in terrazza.

Cons:

la spa potrebbe essere più grande per una struttura cosi grande e magari affacciata sul mare
le due piscine molto accoglienti ma piccoline

Perfect stay in Jimbaran
Pros:

We loved the Platinum Hotel in Jimbaran. The rooms were well designed, super-clean and comfortable. The facilities were great including a well equipped gym, 2 pools, fabulous spa and superb restaurants. We especially loved the varied breakfasts on the roof top with amazing views. Best of all, the staff were wonderful.......so friendly and helpful. Thank you Platinum. Cant wait to return!
