Het uitzicht en het bed.
Verbouwingen. Front desk wist ons weinig te informeren bij vragen. De douche kop deed het niet.
The shops close to the hotel
The Zasgo reservation staff were rude and walked away during our check in, there was no assistance with bags and no explanation to any facilities.
I was offered a rescheduled night because of our circumstances. When I tried to use this they would not honour the credit. They just came up with many excuses.!
Basically they lie and are not to be trusted.
This is deception and theft.
I have tried to ask nicely and show them the msg that they have offered. They just continue to deny and keep changing their story.
If you like to deal with thieves stay in the Zasgo. You will not be disappointed
Schönes Hotel, Pool im 3.Etage mit wundervollem Ausblick in die Bucht, zentral gelegen, viele Warungs in der Nähe. Eigene Fahrer mit Wagen stehen zur Verfügung. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet im obersten Stockwerk.
Personal hat unsere Kleider, Gegenstände im Zimmer umgeräumt?? Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz!

Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the view was magnificent. Staff were lovely, always smiling and helpful. Room cleaned everyday with little friendly notes left by my cleaner Etch. Good supermarket next door
Would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

Desayuno buffet con muchas opciones. Buena ubicación cerca del centro. Todo muy limpio, baño con mampara y cama muy cómoda. Cenamos una noche y la comida estaba buena y el personal muy amable. Sólo estuvimos una noche porque el día siguiente nos íbamos al barco para ver el parque nacional de Komodo, nos vino muy bien que en la planta baja habia un supermercado.

Der Pool war super, sowie das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Zimmer war gut wie auch das Badezimmer.
Wir konnten 15 Minuten warmes Wasser haben, anschließend musste die zweite Person warten.
Die Lautstärke von der Straße direkt am Hotel, war richtig laut, man konnte kaum schlafen nachts.
Hotel con una bella terrazza dove fare colazione e dove bene un cocktail al tramonto, seduti in piscina.
Le camere sono sufficientemente ampie e curate. Personale disponibile.

We only stayed one night after Komodo tour but we really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and setting of pool and restaurant are lovely
