Las vistas, la piscina y el desayuno en la última planta. Personal super amable.
Quizás que el desayuno buffet, aunque estaba muy bien, tenía poca variación para el público occidental, por ejemplo para mis hijos.
What a beautiful view from the top! Approx 1.5kms from the harbour, just enough on the edge of town to not get the call to prayer wake you early, but easy to walk down town for meals.
I was pleased to have a pool and sea view, room was well equipped with tv and usual hotel amenities.
Breakfast catered to Asian and western tastes.
It was helpful having a supermarket and some pharmacy and gift stores below.
Staff were super helpful at addressing any issues.
Given the restrictions on towels over the balcony, it would assist if management could provide laundry airers on request to help dry towels and swim suits after komodo sailing trips.
Would love to see each floor offering filtered water dispensers so people reuse their water bottles. It's such a lovely town, it would be a shame to see it overrun with plastic like Bali was when tourism really got big.
Location was great. Supermarket in same building. Pool atmosphere excellent with staff member Risky looking after us every day.
At the hotel pool my friends and I found the worker named risky was very friendly and was a driving force for us to return to the pool area every day for a drink!
The place was very well kept, very clean, only issues were that my room was not ready and that some shower heads do not work. The pool was lovely, all food and drinks were exceptional, and one specific worker named Risky was unbelievable he was a 10/10 worker, very good to talk with and very kind.

We stayed here and Gio was our housekeeping hand. He was very attentfful and helped us with an extra bed and extra toiletries.

Douchekop straal is er bijna niet. Alleen hand douche was goed. Ontbijt was lekker maar beperkt in assortiment.

They were always ready to help with a smile, offered great recommendations, and made us feel like valued friends rather than just hotel guests.

Assim que chegamos ao hotel, percebemos que o chuveiro do nosso quarto não tinha água quente. Entramos em contato com a recepção e enviaram um funcionário para verificar o problema, mas nada foi resolvido. Em seguida, informaram que a água quente voltaria em aproximadamente uma hora. Esperamos esse tempo, mas o problema continuou.
Ligamos novamente para a recepção e, em vez de resolverem a situação, nos orientaram a tomar banho em outro quarto e depois voltar para o nosso. Essa solução era completamente inadequada.
Expliquei que meu marido estava doente, com febre, e que precisávamos apenas de um quarto que tivesse água quente funcionando. Mesmo assim, disseram que, para trocar de quarto, teríamos que pagar um valor adicional.
Diante da falta de solução, meu marido, mesmo doente e com febre, precisou descer comigo até a recepção para discutir pessoalmente. Somente depois de muita insistência — e até de mencionarmos que chamaríamos a polícia — concordaram em nos trocar de quarto. No total, ficamos cerca de 4 horas esperando para conseguir tomar um banho.
O mais inacreditável é que o novo quarto também não tinha água quente. Ao reclamarmos novamente, fomos informados de que isso era algo "comum" no hotel. Acabamos tomando banho de agua fria.
Foi uma experiência extremamente decepcionante. Além da falta de um item básico como água quente, o atendimento foi péssimo, sem empatia e sem qualquer preocupação em resolver um problema que impactou diretamente nossa estadia.
All the staffs were very very warm and accommodating , elsa especially was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend it as I had a great time here

We visited this hotel as part of the packed tour. This is a great hotel, very friendly and polite staff. Uchi was lovely and gave us great recommendations about nearby sites of interest. Room was clean and reception staff excellent. If you decide to stay here, don’t miss the rooftop bar, it has a laid back atmosphere and stunning views especially during sunset.
