Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Im Umkreis von etwa 2 km gibt es mehrere Bars, in denen man Bier bekommt. Auch die Anbindung an den Flughafen ist sehr gut: Ohne großen Verkehr ist man in ca. 30 Minuten am Airport.

Cons:

Die Badezimmertür schloss nicht richtig, aber das Problem wurde nach dem Hinweis an das Hotelpersonal schnell behoben.

Delightful stay. Would patronise again.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good and the variety was wide. The Rawon was especially delicious. The staff Adnan and Subri were really hospitable and accommodating. They really enhanced the breakfast experience and the stay overall.

Cons:

I requested a connecting room on the lower floors but they were unable to meet my request. Nonetheless the beds were still comfortable and our rooms were not too far apart.

A friendly and well located hotel.
Pros:

The location is very good, a beautiful part of Surabaya, nice restaurants nearby.
The swimming pool and fitness room are very ok. Friendly and helpful staff. We even got some extra food!
Clean and spacious rooms. Coffee and water available. A very complete breakfast, there was even yoghurt.

Cons:

It would have been nice if there was a relaxing chair in the room.
The 2 bottles water were a bit small and not enough for 1 day (but after we asked, we got more water).
