I was scamed. I booked the hostel with VISA but the hostel don't work with OYO anymore, so I had to book it again. Oyo haven't gave me a refund yet.

SCAMMERS I booked a deluxe king room for one night for 60k and they said they didn’t got the payment and made me pay even 100k more. The room I got was totally different than in the pictures. The sheets had some stains on it, the bathroom wasn’t private and very much smaller than in the pictures. They were very loud especially in the morning with the loud music. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE BOOKING

We have paid via Booking.com/Oyo 2 rooms for stay 30th June - 1st July, 2024 Upon check in, hotel informed hotel fully booked. We were denied check in even payment been paid and hotel refused to return money and asked us to deal with Booking.com/Oyo. I have sent 4 messages to booking.com & Oyo on above situation & no response from they on return my money. As I loyal customer to booking.com I’m very disappointed with no response on the situation. not the price they offer. they put always same excuse to scam, they can perfectly be able to change price.
Shower was clean, sheets were clean
The staff member told us our room wasn’t available when we got there just to charge us a higher price (100k rupia more). It’s a scam, don’t make the same mistake as us and fall for it.
