Beautifully and thoughtfully featured hotel!
Blood room overlooks the kitchen and there was lots of overnight noise from the mirrors of the cooking room and Airconditioning unit sadly resulting in a very broken sleep.
The renovation completed in 2022 transformed this pub into a palace.
Everything! From the chandeliers to the flooring. Everything was stunning.
The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with heritage items. The renovation on the property was very well accomplished. Loved all the pictures also. Staff were friendly.
We think they need to sort the front door lock so that it does not have to be left open during the winter evenings and the fire was not working which was a shame as we wanted to sit cosily in the lounge area. No pizzas on Monday but still on the specials board.

The renovated themed rooms, attention to detail, coffee pod machine in the room, matching tea pots and cups, the complimentary breakfast, food, the lift for my parents :-)

Well restored historic property right in the centre of town. The beds are very comfortable and the dining room and guest lounge downstairs have been beautifully renovated.
There are no walls or doors into the ensuite bathrooms, instead they open directly into the rooms

A beautiful hotel dating from 1904, fully renovated, with a unique character; the rooms (only 8) are tastefully and originally decorated.
The hotel is situated right in the centre of Eden.
Chic atmosphere, cosy lounge with a piano, dining room, a very large and pleasant restaurant-bar, and terraces.
Room No. 7: lovely view of the ocean (if you ignore the car park and the outbuildings at the rear of the hotel).
Cosy room, with no partition between the bedroom and the bathroom.

As the bathroom isn’t separate from the bedroom, the toilet is also in the bedroom…

The bedroom itself was small.
The room wasn’t spotlessly clean and the windows were dirty. A shame, given the view of the ocean.
Breakfast was meagre and the person serving us was extremely unpleasant.
It was clear that she took no pleasure in serving us.
The floor of the room where we had breakfast (the dining room) was dirty, probably from the previous evening’s dinner.

La chambre proprement dite, était petite.
La propreté de la chambre n'était pas parfaite et les vitres étaient sales. Dommage pour la vue sur l'océan.
Le petit-déjeuner était minime et la personne qui nous servait était extrêmement désagréable.
C'était clair que cela ne lui faisait aucun plaisir de servir.
La salle où nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner (le dining room) était sale par terre, probablement des dîners de la veiile.
