Camera molto sporca, la stanza superiore addirittura aveva il letto a terra e accanto era pieno di bisogni dei geki.
Abbiamo dovuto dormire in 4 in un letto, grazie a dio dovevamo stare poco tempo

Muchas moscas, mal olor en el exterior, mucho ruido y ratas revoloteando toda la noche por el exterior de la casa impidiendo el descanso

Loin de tout, pas de Grab, énormément de mouche, impossible de rester dehors (dommage)

The host arranged a taxi for us with a driver who had an extremely aggressive temper. In addition to his very poor service, he even became physically violent, so we had to call the police for assistance. When we tried to warn the landlady about the incident and the driver, she simply replied that she had spoken to the driver and that he would behave better in the future?!!
We do seriously worry, they maybe book him again in the future also for other tourists....
I absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation, unless you are willing to risk putting yourself in danger!

We also booked a Sunrise! trekking tour to Mount Batur through the landlady, which unfortunately did not turn out to be a satisfying experience either. First, we were misled about the availability of seats in a possible jeep, we would have needed for an older lady. Then we were assigned a trekking guide who, after only about 20 minutes of walking, took us to a spot where we were offered, for an additional! fee, to continue the ascent by jeep or motorbike, even though we had already paid for a full trekking tour on foot.We were told that, if we did not use a jeep or motorbike, we would most likely miss the sunrise, bcs walking up would take too long. This made the experience particularly disappointing, as we felt pressured and stressed out, while climbing to the top. Later we saw, that this was also again a lie: it is absolutely possible to reach the summit of Mount Batur on foot within about 2 hours, even if you walk slowly!
We felt deceived once again, as the ppl had simply tried to extract more money from us.

The accommodation is on the outskirts. Nearby is a singular supermarket, where the owner does not speak a single word of English and personally makes up the prices, which are significantly inflated in a way that results in tourists being overcharged and cheated.

The sink tap did not work, which made it difficult to brush my teeth.

There are many flies. We cannot open the door, otherwise the flies will come in. The toilet was smelly.
The owner need to find way to get rid of the flies and improve the toilet flow.

Juste le chauffeur qu’ils nous ont trouvé pour aller à notre prochaine étape, qui conduisait très vite, de manière peu sécurisée et ne semblait franchement pas content de nous accompagner !

Pas de resto à proximité.
