Extrem hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, alles sehr Gut, wenn da der Pool gefüllt gewesen wäre

Cons:

Leider ist der Pool wärend unseres Aufenthalts reviedert worden. Es wäre schön, wenn diese Information bei der Buchung ersichtlich gewesen wäre.

Pros:

Es war alles sehr freundlich und einfach .
Anstatt Plastik Flaschen im Zimmer wurden im Gang Wasserspender aufgestellt.

Pros:

The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind.

Amazing stay with nice hospitality at Aston Palu.
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at Aston Palu Hotel & Conference Center.

The staff who picked me up and dropped me off at the airport was very friendly, communicative, and showed excellent hospitality. His name is Amin Rais.

I would also like to thank Ibu Yani, the Front Office Manager, and Pak Rio, the Duty Manager, for arranging the pick-up service. They gave me a warm welcome and even provided the room earlier than the official check-in time.

A special thank you to Bapak GM Muhaimin for his outstanding hospitality, the insightful sharing, and the knowledge exchange while treating me to coffee and snacks at Padma Resto. All these thoughtful gestures left me with a wonderful impression.

Everything is going well with a nice and clean room. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future.
