Brilliant! I got to see my very close friend and a beautiful part of the world!
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel with kind staff and a lot to offer! The mall it is attatched to is HUGE and offers just about everything one could need!

Cons:

The internet was a little slow but I expected that. It's a nitpick at most though. I don't really have any complaints. Maybe add non slip mats to the showers? That's it though.

Neues Hotel, großer Pool, sehr geräumige Zimmer. Restaurant für das Frühstück ok, große Auswahlmöglichkeiten bei indonesischen Gerichten

Cons:

Zimmer zur Seite des Pools können recht laut sein, da auf der Hauptstraße rund um die Uhr viel Verkehr herrscht

The Hotel was excellent, the staff were so very efficient polite and helpful.
We didn't eat in as we had made prior arrangements so I can't comment on the food and beverage service, although from what we saw it looked a very good standard.
The room was clean, tidy and a good standard of decor which made a very welcome change to recent hotels that we had stayed at.
The location was perfect for our requirements and the local transportation services were very reliable.

Cons:

We don't really have any dislikes, but I would say that the lift buttons are very sensitive so don't press to hard because they will not respond.
