Le aree comuni sono molto belle, la piscina la spa e tutti i servizi sono stati all’altezza delle mie aspettative. Il servizio in camera era assolutamente perfetto, anche la pulizia della camera impeccabile. Lo staff cordiale e gentile sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni bisogno e richiesta. Assolutamente perfetto!

Loistava henkilökunta, kaikki superystävällisiä, erityisesti allasravintolan Budi oli aivan mahtava: Hän kertoi paljon Indonesiasta ja Bintanista ja oli todella palvelualtis. Hän oli oikea timantti! Aamiainen oli mahtava sekä allasravintolan grillijuhlat. Kuljetus laivasatamasta oli erinomainen. Hotellin tilat siistit ja viihtyisät
Päärakennuksen ravintolan illallistarjonta ei ollut erikoinen ja ruoka vähän mautonta. Allasravintola oli paljon parempi. Aurinkovarjoja olisi voinut olla altaalla enemmän. Muuten kaikki todella loistavasti. Meressä ei valitettavasti voinut uida meduusavaaran takia.

We had a wonderful stay during Christmas. The hotel was relatively new, so the amenities are still in top condition. The staff were all hospitable and very professional. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable.
The spa was excellent too. We had foot and full body massages, no complaints!
I hope there were more food options for breakfast. Rempah kitchen was good but had very limited options. The club had more western options but I think it can still improve.

Limited selection at the breakfast. Not many choices for lunch/ dinner. The cleaners woke us up at 9:15 am.
A beautiful resort in right on the soft white sand beach in Lagoi. The property itself is beautifully manicured with several pools and tropical flowering plants, a International and Indonesian restaurant onsite, and better yet, only a 5 min walk on the beach to the lovely Lagoi Plaza which has a few local restaurants/bars around a tastefully designed square which offers food at much more reasonable prices then the resorts. The included breakfast at 4 Point Sheraton was fantastic especially the Asian selections and included barista made coffee. Our children really enjoyed the kids club which offered craft activities in addition to movies/screen time, and the hotel provided complimentary pick up/drop off to the ferry terminal. I thought the resort was reasonably priced compared to others in the area and their service 5 star!
Unfortunately we went in Jan which is a windy season (no fault of the property) which meant a rough boat ride to BinTan Island and not much beach based activity such as swimming/snorkelling
The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Did everything they could to accommodate us during our stay.
The policy to order steak (or other items from the menu except for Light Bites or the Buffet) past 10pm on a Saturday night at the El Lagoi restaurant is something I think needs addressing.

Very nice hotel, great pool and fabulous staff. Although there are visible wear & tear, the room is clean and comfortable. It’s nice to just chill at the balcony. There’s also a plaza nearby and it was nice to take an afternoon stroll.
The walk to the room from the lift lobby was quite far, and the food is quite limited because there are only 2 restaurants.

the pool was good
the facilities and amenities were really basic vs the price paid. they dont even have face or hand towel. it was a surprise to me, considering this is sheraton... other cheap hotels have the same amenities, why would i want to pay more expensive? the beach was not so great,

スタッフもみんな笑顔で感じが良いです。
近くには、かなり手頃な価格で食事もできる場所もあり助かりました。
朝食も現地の色々なメニューが楽しめます。
部屋の照明がシステム制御され、色々なシーンか設定されていますが、ボタンを押してもつかなかったり、消す場所がわからない、または分かりづらく、電気を付けたまま寝る箇所もありました。
定期的なシステムメンテナンスが必要だと思います。
Everything else is excellent. The chef remembered our orders well and able to deliver on our requests. The rooms smell good.
