Servizio nei ristoranti lentissimi e a causa della marea per dare un bagno in mare anche se è sul mare bisogna camminare nel mare che è asciutto per ve 1 km e avere l’acqua alle caviglie
The staff arranged and decorated the room for.my husband's birthday. It was a pleasant surprise for him. The staff were friendly and courteous. The bed was comfortable.
I was disappointed in the room which I booked "balcony with garden". There was no garden to enjoy, but looking at the "lallang" in front of our room was unsightly. We also did not enjoy the morning breakfast as mostly it was either too heavy or too spicy. I hope there will be a better selection. But we enjoyed our stay and will be back!
Good location, beautiful beach, very friendly staff
pipe clogging in my room caused pretty serious water leaking from the ceiling. Took the hotel quite a while to fix but left the floor and ceiling dirty, also took a while for them to change my room.
The main swimming pool could be cleaner and better maintained.

The beach was beautiful and close by . The spa was truly wonderful .
The garden pool
Cabanas had some bees so it was hard to sit outside . I prefer the ocean cabanas .

The hotel and facilities are great and the people working in the hotel are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We will come back.
The sea at the very close by beach isa bit boring. No waves higher than 20 cm and it takes a walk of 100 m, before you reach 80 cm deap water. It is absolutetly great for small children.

2000er kasten, zimmer waren ok, bett komfortabel, personal sehr freundlich
außenanlage & pool sehr desolat, strand vermüllt, kokosnüsse auf den palmen 🌴 (sieht nett aus ist aber ziemlich gefährlich), essen sehr mäßig
Lokalizacja przy super plaży. Obok centrum handlowe z dobrym jedzeniem (szczerze polecam Sushi Wan i Warung Yeah). Sam hotel czysty, ma wszelkie wygody. Fajną sprawą jest darmowy shuttle bus z promu do hotelu.
W samym hotelu drogo, no ale jak się wybiera resort to nie ma się też czemu dziwić ale tylko przestrzegam aby się nie zdziwić. Na plaży mieliśmy ciągle czerwona flagę. No wiało ale mam wrażenie, że tam zawsze jest taka pogoda.
Lovely location, right next to the Lagoi Bay shopping area. So very convenient to walk there and buy things, eat some local seafood. The resort itself is great value for money, lovely pool and easy access to the beach. We really liked how they had quite a few Indonesian dishes for us to try in addition to the usual Western fare. The daily breakfast spread as well was quite extensive. The have a lovely beach restaurant that does barbeque nights on the weekend, with live music. The room was really clean and water bottles are free, we could keep requesting for more whenever we needed it. The spa I must say was one the best I have tried in this region, very clean and very professional.
Nothing really, overall the resort really exceeded our expectations.

La spiaggia davanti alla struttura era molto sporca mentre intorno davanti agli altri hotel erano tenute meglio e senza tutta quella plastica abbandonata. Un peccato!
It was clean, pool view rooms were affordable, beds were comfy, the food was decent/good, free shuttle from ferry terminal, the lounge beds with mattresses very comfy, fresh pool towels, polite staff. beach access.
toilet doors near the pool didn’t work well, limited lounge beds with mattresses (and they weren’t that clean) so i hope they add more of those and fix the toilet doors near the pool. can’t swim at the beach - strong undercurrents and jellyfish.
Lovely staff, excellent food, good location and very reasonable pricing. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and welcoming.
Could do with another quiet bar with no music. A few more sunshades and loungers perhaps.
Sometimes, the mainland Chinese visitors can be a little bit rude......
