Globalement, un très bon séjour, mais quelques améliorations seraient appréciables.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec de nombreux points positifs : chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, piscines magnifiques, plage superbe, personnel très gentil et attentionné, et massages excellents.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif reste le manque de sunbeds sur la plage, insuffisants pour ce type d’établissement. Dommage également que la restauration, bien que très bonne, soit majoritairement indonésienne, avec peu d’options européennes, surtout au petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

For the price paid, the property is looking tired. Staff are friendly but lacking warmth, and are not as personable and flexible as other Bintan resorts I have been.

Wir waren super zufrieden und konnten uns gut erholen. Würden wieder kommen!

Das Personal war super bemüht und hat jeden Wunsch versucht zu erfüllen (Johann der Küchenchef / Rama / Nanda / Cassica uvm.)
Der große Pool / das Frühstücksbuffet / Gym durchgehend offen

Cons:

Nicht viel! Aussenbereich könnte teilweise eine Renovierung vertragen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren 5 Tage dort und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Personal war immer extrem aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen direkt am sauberen Strand. Man kann dort gut essen und besonders das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen (sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr große Auswahl). Haus und Anlage sind gut angelegt und gepflegt.

Cons:

Es war alles in Ordnung. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren.

Very friendly staff, easy access to the beach, comfortable, clean. The taxi service was very convenient too, with very helpful drivers who arranged and booked the activities for us. Recommended for a fuss-free short getaway.

Nothing. Maybe the lounge can sell savoury stuff for more convenience.
