Modern, good-value hotel just 20min from the BBT ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff, huge gym space and great spa.

Our recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Bintan was the perfect getaway from Singapore. It is a blend of coastal luxury, top-tier service and local culinary discovery. Stunning Beachfront with the Oceanfront Pool Villa where we stayed was pure bliss. The entire staff went above and beyond, every team member was genuinely warm, welcoming and anticipated our every need with a smile. Every meal was beautifully presented, packed with vibrant flavors and made with the freshest ingredients. Thank you to the Chef and the whole team for a magical stay. We cannot wait to return!

Excellent standard of accommodation. We upgraded to a private villa with a pool ( our request). Worth the extra money. Very spacious. Resort very quiet. On the beach. 10 minutes transfer from ferry. Free shuttle. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Buffet breakfast was excellent with huge choice for all cultures. Excellent spa facilities. Free pool towels. Lagoi Plaza 3 mins down the road for some shops - not mass shopping but good value. Make sure you go upstairs to Mustafa shop as well as the one below - some great items for good price. There was a ‘beer and billiards’ bar at the plaza and this was good to go too with nice bar food.

I love the gym classes, kids' programs, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The staff is very helpful and polite. My kid love the birthday wish decorations and cake in the room. Love the 24hr gym.

Clean and near to Lagoi plaza , making it very convenient for dinner

Easily located very near the main mall and eateries. Though shuttle was provided you can easily walk there.We were given a complimentary decoration and a slice of cake for celebration. There's also complimentary photo taking per room. Breakfast was a large spread of indonesian and international food. Beachfront location is clean and beautiful. Lovely place to explore till far end during low tides. Lots of activities too, borrow a bicycle to ride around, canoe, jetski and many more. Staffs always goes the extra mile whether its housekeeping, at the restaurant or the reception.

Your efforts made our experience exceptional, and we genuinely appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our visit.
The transfer from the Ferry terminal to your hotel was very smooth. However our room was not ready when we arrived, and we waited quite a while and only gotten our room after 3PM.
The team from the front desk were very helpful and tried to expediate for our room to be ready asap.
Our room were at Cabana King room. Very spacious, clean and happy with room size and very happy with the shower facilities. Breakfast at Rempah Kitchen covers a wide variety of dishes and the coffee managed by the staff behind the bar was good very good.
The location of the hotel is great with clean white sandy beach in front of the hotel and just 5mins walk to Lagoi Plaza, we had lunch at the local restaurant and shopping at Mustafa. We spent our afternoon at East Blue at Lagoi Plaza and truly enjoyed ourself. Just another short walk, we had a lot of fun in the evening at Tidal Bar with live band music.

Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Four Point by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi and we will definitely be back soon!

This hotel shines in his service standards. Almost every staff that I’ve encounted was friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Well done !

Where I can improve I feel it’s the details . Towels are faded, they need to be replaced . There are not enough loungers around the pool with umbrellas And many of these loungers have no cushions i couldn’t find a spot that I could chill by the pool . No pool menu too .

The Arinda lounge is a pity. They need just a couple of savoury items to make it work better . I love cakes and pastries but all they need is just 1-2 savoury items for broader appeal . Eg croissant or a quiche or a chicken pie. I wanted to dine here three times - but couldn’t find anything suitable to eat.

The beach club restaurant needs to offer a few more standard beach fare that guests expect . Eg hotdogs, club sandwich - I couldnt find these on the menu.

Rooms are ok . We were lucky to catch fireworks during the weekend dinner. Good effort for the Soul and Melody evening .

Landscaping around the hotel is nice . Good location across Lagoi Plaza with Mustafa and a spa there.

The restaurants n beach

Stayed over weekend of June 26-28. Was abit crowded with a Singaporean tourists as it was last weekend before school holiday ended so the queue to check in was longer than normal. Staff couldn’t tell us when we could move into room at around 12 pm and said they would WhatsApp us once the room is ready. We went for lunch and they didn’t update us until we went to check again and they said it was ready. The staff are generally helpful with luggage and helping us familiarise with the amenities. One staff took the trouble to guide us to the mall direction.

We did massage at the spa same afternoon. It was average for the price we paid. Masseur didn’t appear to have a nice choreography , routine feels random. There are few other massage joints opposite hotel at Lagoi plaza which is a mall that is not too crowded. The mall is pretty much deserted with the entire second floor taken up by Mustafa department store. Saw couple of Japanese and local restaurants but didn’t get to try them. They have couple of gelato and minimart .

The hotel has a great BBQ buffet dinner offering at night near poolside with a live band. It was good value as they served steak , crab, prawns , chicken and other dishes . The morning breakfast has good spread too of local and western and Indian menu. Service is generally good at restaurants . A separate band plays at the restaurant inside hotel .

We got a good seaview hotel room with nice balcony facing pool and sea. The beach is abit farther so you don’t really see it clearly or hear the waves. Personally I I don’t like the shower which doesn’t have a door and the water pressure was not good. That is the only thing I dislike about the room.

The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the jetty so it is quite convenient and they pick you up for both wrrricla and departure . I would certainly come back again to stay.
