Amazing choices at the breakfast buffet, excellent location and near shopping mall which it was convenient.
Staff super kind and helpful. Very good food. The room was super and bed and pillows very comfortable.
The hotel needs some maintenance. For example our bedroom wall paper is coming off ( It seems that there was a previous humidity issue)
Also the stairs rails need a touch of paint, the outdoor cushions some are looking very tire (cushions of lounge chairs) some outdoor chairs need to be cleaned on the sides ( chairs in the pool restaurant).
Excellent petit déjeuner. La chambre Cabana qui donne sur la piscine est très pratique et fait la différence. Le personnel est très aimable.
Bien situé pour manger le soir dans des warung à quelques minutes à pied. Un grand merci à Putri, Joyce et tant d’autres pour leur patience et leur gentillesse

Overall, we truly appreciated the efforts of the entire team, from the shuttle bus drivers and reception staff to housekeeping and F&B, who all contributed to making our stay a very enjoyable one.
When we checked into our room, there was a strong musty smell that was quite unpleasant. We contacted reception to ask if a room change would be possible. They handled the situation promptly and arranged a new room for us within a short time. Kudos to the reception team for their efficient and professional service.

Le aree comuni sono molto belle, la piscina la spa e tutti i servizi sono stati all’altezza delle mie aspettative. Il servizio in camera era assolutamente perfetto, anche la pulizia della camera impeccabile. Lo staff cordiale e gentile sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni bisogno e richiesta. Assolutamente perfetto!

Loistava henkilökunta, kaikki superystävällisiä, erityisesti allasravintolan Budi oli aivan mahtava: Hän kertoi paljon Indonesiasta ja Bintanista ja oli todella palvelualtis. Hän oli oikea timantti! Aamiainen oli mahtava sekä allasravintolan grillijuhlat. Kuljetus laivasatamasta oli erinomainen. Hotellin tilat siistit ja viihtyisät
Päärakennuksen ravintolan illallistarjonta ei ollut erikoinen ja ruoka vähän mautonta. Allasravintola oli paljon parempi. Aurinkovarjoja olisi voinut olla altaalla enemmän. Muuten kaikki todella loistavasti. Meressä ei valitettavasti voinut uida meduusavaaran takia.
