Bali Beach Hotel

Staff and service across the board were excellent. Food was excellent. Facilities were excellent. What more can I say.

First, thank you to Nini and the team for providing the best service.

I stayed overnight from February 16th to 18th, and my name is LEE HEESEONG.

The room's condition and everything about the meal were perfect.

I got caught in Bali Valley on the day of check-in and received treatment from the doctor stationed inside the hotel.

The quick response to my requests and the way they treated customers were top-notch.

Despite the cumbersome requests such as checking my condition every day and preparing meals, they showed quick processing.

Thanks to you, I was able to fully recover, and I am writing this review out of gratitude.

When you visit Sanur, you express your gratitude to the hotel, Nini, and the team, who are the top priority for revisiting.

Fantastic hotel thats nicely mixed with locals, perfect for families and couples where nusa dua feels more isolated. Loved that you can walk to so many shops and the hotel is just perfect, with the best staff I've ever seen.

Amazing experience stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Booked the hotel for Deluxe Ocean View room, with the kindness of Pak Rio, my room was upgraded to spacious Executive Suite Room. Thanks Pak Rio @Bali Beach Hotel.

very impressive experience after the hotel was renovated.
the lobby is very comfortable and spacious.
The reservation staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the one named Mutiara Ayu.
Breakfast at the Roso Room was exceptional, both in terms of atmosphere and taste. All the restaurant staff were prompt and friendly. We were especially impressed by Ms. Bintang's hospitality and service. Thank you, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Location, atmosphere and Service level at its best. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The next room was very noisy and air condition wasn't working at its best.
But overall hospitality of the staff is great!

Faultless in every area. We are currently staying at Bali Beach - our room overlooking the ocean is amazing. Both restaurants are fabulous . Breakfast buffet is probably the best we have had for quality and variety . Cocktails in the cocktail lounge wonderful. However what impresses us the most is the staff , once you meet no matter where in the resort you next see them they know your name and room , they go above and beyond in their strive for excellence . I hope hotel management realises how great the staff are. Will definitely come and stay again - thankyou

location of my room was directly sea view and sunrise view, but unfortunately the cloud limit me to see the sunrise at that time

A Five-Star Experience from Start to Finish
​From the moment we stepped through the entrance, we knew we were in for something special. That "wow factor" you feel at check-in never actually fades, it stays with you throughout the entire stay until the moment you leave.

​Exceptional Staff: What truly sets this hotel apart is the team. Every single person I encountered greeted me with a genuine sense of pride and a warm, honest smile. It never felt forced; they clearly love what they do.

​The Dining: Breakfast at Roso was a daily highlight. The selection was vast, incredibly fresh, and there was something for everyone. Lovely start to your day.

Plus, the room service was impressively efficient, staff calling by each evening to check if we needed anything else topped up.

​The Pool: Absolutely amazing, and big ! It’s one of those rare spots that manages to be perfect for both couples looking for relaxation and families with young children.

The beach is easily accessible from the hotel, walking distance to Icon Mall and the fantastic local resturants for sunset views.

​This isn't just a hotel; it’s a masterclass in hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bali Beach Hotel. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was a highlight especially the sambal matah, which was very interesting and delicious.

Special thanks to Sushmita, who was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the sambal matah in the lobby and even shared the recipe so I could try making it at home. Such a lovely personal touch!

The beachfront location is perfect, and the sunrise is a must-see. We also loved the delicious breakfast every morning!

Location is amazing, perfect for sunrise. They do yoga in the morning at the grasses field just right the beach. However TV channels are not many selections, the last time their housekeeping service was poor as I got my towels and hand towels were all smelly, qs well as the room air smells a bit dusty. Their staff hospitality are great though.

It was an excellent family holiday!! Food and service was great and staff were super friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and restaurants and activities close by

The staff is also very nice, mutiara especially really helpful and always make sure about us.

We gad two nights here, hotel was very modern with a very modern and impressive reception.

We were in a high floor with ocean view room.

Had a large pool that was very relaxing with plenty of pool chairs for all.

Breakfast was served in a comfortable air con restaurant with plenty of variety.

The only thing I could fault was the lifts. So slow and could take 15 mins to arrive so allow plenty of time: I did give this feed back and was advised it was due to peak season but regardless how early or late they were the same.

This was our second stay at Bali Beach in the last 12 months.

The first stay was amazing. However, I felt a little disappointed on the return visit.

On arrival from security through to check-in was great. Staff were prepared and welcoming. Still amazed by the architecture leading to reception, it continues to hold that wow factor. A short delay to check-in, however, was compensated with the welcoming snack and drink selections to dine on whilst waiting. This was a nice touch. Loved the artefact display, so informative, and complimented the area well.

Encountered the same issue with breakfast inclusion for my son last time around as well, even though we booked and paid for it and was clear on booking vouchers. Had to correct the check-in staff that booking was made for 2 x adults and 1 x child and not just 2 x adults. So watch your bookings. This was the start of the disappointments, even though feedback was provided on the first stay the same thing happened again. Left a sour note on expectations for this level of hotel.

Opted to have the set menu for New Year's Eve for dinner at Arunika. Al la carte was not available. Was happy to pay the price but was expecting more from the menu itself. It was such a letdown and probably one of the worst meals I've ever had here. Prententious flavourless crap is what I would summarise it as.

It is just the little things that add up to the experience.

Finally, being hit by the set menu push again at the Roso restaurant. After the New Year's Eve experience, there was no way I wanted to do another. For a 5 star hotel, I want to have the option for al la carte. I don't want to be forced into a set menu that I am not interested in. Such a disappointment, and I have no idea why they would have such a policy. I saw four families before me leave, disappointed that they couldn't just order from the menu.

Buffet breakfast was a hit and provided ample options to enjoy.

Ayu from the kids club was just as amazing from the first stay. My son really enjoyed the kite making. Astri was also wonderful, making my son feel welcome and comfortable and made our stay feel special and memorable.

Arik from Arunika provided exceptional service again. Bayu from Roso was excellent as well.

Will we be back?...not sure, whilst the hotel rooms and facilities are great. The dinner F&B options aren't flexible to meet the wants of the guests, which brings down the overall experience.

Great location and good rooms. Staff give conflicting information on which restaurants are accessible under the Lux escapes package. Breakfast buffet needs more options for a resort like this. Overall staff at this resort are very helpful and friendly.

A spectacular entrance leads into a wonderful resort hotel. Superb staff and facilities. The spa is just next level. The rooms are a darker Bali style and feel a little dated. The pool and resort are just beautiful and very comfortable to relax in. Ocean views from all the rooms are fantastic.
