Unexpectedly delightful hotel at an excellent price
Pros:

We loved the London theme through the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Free DIY laundry facility including detergent and softener, plus drier and iron ... was an real unexpected joy. Gym was spacious with equipment and weights and mats etc. Excellent location for Gambir train station, national monument, museum and gallery.

Cons:

Inadequate curtains to block light from huge TV advertizing screen on neighbouring building.

Great hotel to stay at. Super comfortable, and well situated. The staff were super friendly and accomodating. Definitely staying there in my next visit!

Great stay
Pros:

The staff, particularly Sebastian and Diamond at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. Good central location. The room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

Variety at breakfast could be improved.

Pros:

Excellent and friendly staff. There weren’t many choices for breakfast, but it was good. The location is okay — you still need a car to go everywhere, but that’s a Jakarta thing. There’s nothing around that you can easily walk to.

Perfektes Hotel, bequeme Betten und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Ein perfektes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Jakarta! Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Zimmer sind auch hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das bequeme Bett und die bequemen Kissen. Auch sonst alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück waren die kleinen Croissants sehr trocken. Ansonsten ein gutes Frühstück.

Pros:

Wirklich sehr gutes Hotel in wirklich sehr guter Lage. Eine Metro-Statiion ist um die Ecke, zu Fuss in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants befinden sich zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten Entfernung. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, sowohl beim Checkin als auch wöhrend des Aufenthalts und hilft gern bei der Reiseplanung. Ich habe dieses Hotel im letzten Monat zweimal gewählt und jedes Mal ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen. Auch habe ich einen privaten Flughafentransfer gebucht, der preislich wirklich absolut vertretbar und gar nicht wirklich teurer als die üblichen Online-Taxis war. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und ich denke, es ist für jeden etwas dabei, sowohl landestypisch als auch continental. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit, kostenfrei Waschmaschinen und Trockner zu nutzen.
