Jakarta is an hour away from this hotel. If you plan to tour Jakarta more, get the hotel there.
Pros:

We stayed on this hotel because of my son's event at the Indonesia Convention Center. The staff were courteous and always helpful. Their breakfast have lots of options and kept hot. They even cook some food on the spot! The hotel is near the Breeze and Aeon Mall where a shuttle is provided for free. Checking out is also a breeze. There is really nothing to complain about :)

Good cleaning of the room each day.
Good service at the desk.
Great that the breakfast is open at 6:30 and has good selection of different foods.

Cons:

The wifi connection could be better.
The treadmill in the training room shut off when I used it.

Comfortable stay with great service
Pros:

The non-smoking room. The hotel is eco-conscious. Staff is friendly and ready to help out. You did not need to pay to use the iron. The breakfast was vast and catered for Asian pallets mostly.

Cons:

The hotel bathroom door in one of our rooms were broken and did not get fixed. The hotel bed sheets had a few stains on it and had to be changed.

Pros:

Convenient location and nice and helpful staff. For our short layover it worked perfect. You know what you get.

Cons:

They consider booking.com have to facilitate the invoice, not them. Not trivial to communicate in English.
