Overall the customer service from the reception staff was worse than terrible, my partner and I plus 5 other couples all stayed there for our wedding and as each of us checked in the tried to downgrade all of our rooms as they had double booked the entire resort, we had booked our stays between 6-12 months in advance, some of our guests required their balcony rooms with separate beds but the hotel denied this and only supplied a 1 large bed, 2 grown men had to sleep together, a mother and grown son had to sleep together, and when requesting for 2 additional pillows they charged us 100,000rp each per night. No attempt from the staff to provide us with any remedy to any of the booking issues which they had caused , and when requesting travel vehicles through the reception staff we were told no go and book your own Gojek rides. The quality of the rooms was not as pictured as I feel the room pictures were from when the hotel was originally built, some internal doors could not close for example the bathroom door. And when requesting water for the room to simply brush our teeth they tried to charge us. Overall worst stay in Bali I have ever experienced and we regularly travel there from Australia each year. 10/10 do not stay at ululani dreamland

Overall this property has the basic amenities, however, it is really run down. It is nestled down a long road with lots of abandoned and unfinished hotels- giving it an airy surrounding. Towels had dirty stains, shower pressure wasn't great and the views out on the balcony was looking at someone else on the balcony opposite from the room. However, okay for a cheap night that is close to Uluwatu and good if on scooters.

Poor customer service - very disappointing. We booked our room 6 months in advance and when we got there they didn't have any of that room available and acted like it was our fault. Her name was Mega

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had!!!!! Been traveling for months staying in hostels, got Bali belly, wanted my own room. Such a mistake, made me more sick because of the mold. Smelly, bugs, SO MOLDY, disgusting shower, didn’t provide soap, bad service, awful awful place. Do not stay here and if there is an Indo health department they need to come here to shut them down. I’ve stayed at hostels for $4 a night that are WAY better than this place.

O homem é muito bom. Uma vista linda do rooftop. Arquitetura linda mas, não sei porque, decadente. O que é lamentável.
Funcionários atenciosos, solícitos e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom. Restaurante excelente. Eu recomendo muito. Apesar de ser retirado, tem Motos para alugar e Grab sempre disponível

Bilderna lurat dig att tro att det ser bra och fint ut. Receptionen ser stor och fin ut men rummen är jätte slitna, luktar konstigt, det finns kryp, fläckar på sängkläder möbler osv, väggar och speglar är smutsiga och slitna

The website is misleading because the image of the pool is bad. Looks like a nice big pool but it’s only 4 inches deep. All the carpets are filthy and the rooms are tied with no safe. Unexcepable we stayed the first night had a look around and left that morning. I was happy to lose my week of money paid. Could not stay

I’ve stayed here twice, the rooms are huge and it’s right near dreamland beach. The floors and rooms are a little dirty and have a musty smell but besides that great place!

Loved our stay. Ended up extending out time. Great room, great staff, incredible value. They have everything you need and will do anything you ask.

Es war in Ordnung. War nicht wirklich sauber aber die Lage war gut. Personal war auch sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann dort auch sehr leicht einen Roller mieten aber ist etwas teurer als wo anders.

Als wir in das Zimmer eingecheckt haben, hat es sehr stark nach Schimmel gerochen und die Bettwäsche war feucht. Wir konnten aber problemlos das Zimmer wechseln und dort war es dann in Ordnung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man kann in 20 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Es gibt aber keinen Pool, der auf den Bildern ist nur Knöchelhoch. Insgesamt war es Ok.
