Pros:

Beautiful room and staff.
House keeping every day, very helpful valet staff for our bikes.

Cons:

I liked everything- only thing was internet would drop out of a lot on the tv when we would watch it at time.

The staff at the property is so accommodating and really helpful. Property is very well maintained and clean.

Cons:

The only downfall is the breakfast selection, everyday was the same menu. It would be really good for them to have different breakfast options for everyday and have the hotcakes or waffles be freshly made in front of the guest and not sitting there.

Я однозначно рекомендую этот отель . Прям честно классный и один из лучших , где мы останавливались на Бали . Побольше б

Классный , достойный отель ! Чудесные завтраки , человек , который решил сделать такой достойный шведский стол , точно попадет в рай . Прекрасный персонал , улыбаются , помогают , подают завтраки оперативно . Тут прям 9/10. Бассейн чистенький , приятный, есть где позагорать . Номер небольшой совсем , первый день так пах чудесно , но потом запах исчез к сожалению .

Cons:

Из минуса , номер , хотя потом нам поменяли на более тихий , за что опять же , плюс 100 к карме этому персоналу . Стало комфортно спать ( до этого номер был у лестницы прям ), на второй день появился не сильный запах канализации , и кондиционер умирающе работал )

Cons:

The room was flooded due to excessive rain (guest floor, not basement). My belongings got wet. I could understand the issue if somebody reacted properly. I was asking to help with the problem and evacuate water, but nobody showed up and was intrested to fix the issue.
Same for shower. Water was coming out since the drainage was blocked before rain came. Stuff are not able to handle the problems even they are addressed immediately.
It’s pity because personel is nice, but it was out of their range.
Sorry is sometimes not enough, but hopefully they can handle for future customers.
I hope it helps to improve the service.
