Pros:

Fantastic location for a Melbourne weekend. Easy tram access or walk to shopping. Plenty of cafes around. Woolworths downstairs. A little noisy overnight but that's just the area i think. There was quite a bit of honking from early in the morning. Highly recommend and will return. Great value.

Very happy with the serviced apartments, great little spot within the free tram zone and close to shops and food.
Was even allowed to check in early. Being able to pay for parking with the hotel also alleviated any worries I had about how much I would need to pay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Really convenient location for ice hockey. Fun things to do in area and pretty good food options. Room was a bit hot but it was great to be able to go out on balcony and to open the windows.

There was hair and unidentified stains on the pillow. I called the front desk to request tissues, but they were never delivered. The check-out time is earlier than that of most other hotels.

Appts are in a great location, handy to trams, public transport etc.
Supermarket and chemist 2 minute walk!
appts were well laid out and equip with everything you need.
Reception staff were not overly friendly but did not ruin the stay
