Convenient location, easy communication and access very comfortable
Loved the ease of picking up/dropping off keys. Loved the room - very spacious and clean with great amenities. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Fantastic location also with a great view. We loved our stay.
Only downfall was that I could not find the button to turn on the bathroom fan so putting on makeup was not easy in the heat and the hot water could change to extremely hot sometimes in the shower which could be dangerous with small children.
It’s very spacious, comfortable and close to amenities.
The whole complex was very secure, including access to the complex, the parking, the building, pool and sauna and the room. The apartment had a lovely view and was clean and spacious. Nicely furnished and great to have two bathrooms. The kitchen was well set up. Beds were comfortable. The check in staff was friendly. Sauna, spa pool and pool clean and working well (did not use gym). A great stay, would happily stay again.
In the original write up was no mention of $50 surcharge for check in after 7pm and that we couldn't arrive after 10pm at all. Our flights got delayed and this did cause us stress. We would have hoped for some sort of key lock box possibility.
The room was a bit echo-ey due to tile floors everywhere apart from bedroom. Didn't worry us but would matter if kids are meant to sleep while parents watch tv etc. The parking was quite tight if you have a car size medium or large. It was about 20-30 min drive to Surfers Paradise etc but we knew that. A shopping mall with multiple supermarkets are within 10 min walk or 2min drive. A couple more power points in the twin bedroom to charge phones etc would have been helpful.
The size of the apartment was good.
The location close to harbour town was great. Very good for those focusing on shopping.
The beds were very uncomfortable. There was no additional bedding and when I asked for additional blankets or doonas this was not able to be provided.
The apartment was south facing and so quite cold and nothing to enjoy the warm weather on the balcony for example.
The kitchen was basic stocked but some things missing like potato peeler. Kettle was very rusted.
Bright, clean apartment close to shopping centre.
C’est la seconde fois que nous venons dans cet établissement, et toujours aussi satisfaits. Autant le personnel que les habitants sont très gentils. Nous reviendrons très certainement.
Et vraiment à côté de Harbour Town qui propose tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin :)
Prévoir un nettoyage plus rigoureux entre chaque client, bien que globalement propre.
Location was great
Was generally very good! Comfy beds, well equipped apartment - just a couple of mentions to help for next guests - couch was very comfortable but off putting to sit as it was horribly stained and in urgent need of cleaning or ,failing that, covering. Balcony door lock was broken, towel rail needed re attaching in the main ensuite. Cleaning behind and under furniture needs addressing.
Fantastic washing machine and dryer and kitchen had everything required.
Spacious and had good facilities. Close to Harbourtown with a range of food options.
No screen doors so to get air flow at night had to leave door open. No spare blankets, it was colder at night and these would have helped. Quite dusty under the beds, for asthmatic it was a bit hard to breathe at night. The main bed was not comfortable, we did not get restful sleep at all. But that comes down to preference.

Reception staff and check in process was excellent
The apartment itself was run down and needed a revamp.
Curtains/blinds disintegrated on movement in master bedroom.
One of the beds in 2nd bedroom was so hard that it couldn’t be slept on.
Carpets were in need of replacing in master.
Good family stay. Very close to supermarket and outlet shopping mall. Close to theme park (need a car). Very clean has all fecility we need. If you want me to be picky, two personal things to mention are beds too soft (we like firm as bed）and my son likes dark room no light at all from window however room doesn't have black out curtain
