Close to shops. Basic facilities and open second bedroom. Prone to fire evacuations.
Pros:

Good location to Harbour Town outlet centre and spacious apartment

Cons:

The second room is not a traditional room. It has frosted folding window to the main living area and a sliding door. The lights from the main living area shine in through the frosted glass, so you can not sit in there with the light or tv on if kids are trying to sleep in the second room and there is no alternate tv in the main bedroom.
Also there were 2 fire evacuations in one week - 5am and 6am due to faulty fire alarms.

Famtastix, well equipped apartment - would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Aircon was fantastic for living area, but didn’t cool main bedroom well.
We found rubbish from previous people in corner of bedroom.

Good location for Sports Centre access.
Pros:

Pool was lovely and rooms were spacious. Lovely views.

Cons:

Main bathroom water pressure was low. Under beds and couches were dirty, including lollies and wrappers. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes.

Great location but some rooms need refreshing.
Pros:

Great location, spacious & quiet area. Safe complex with lovely pool.

Cons:

The property is in a great location and I am guessing would usually be quiet, however the morning after we checked in jack hammering started in the apartment directly above us. Turns out the flooring was being removed and renovations occurring. When we went outside a sign said it was happening for the whole time we were staying (5 days!). We were not informed of this prior to our stay and the property did not offer an apology or a solution despite multiple attempts.

Funnily enough the room we were in needs a fair bit of maintenance, it is starting to look old and tired. To add to that dryer doesn’t work well and the air fryer didn’t work.

Very helpful reception lady. Would recommend the property
Pros:

Very close to Harbour Quays shopping centre with cafes and cinema. Very clean. Had all needed amenities

Cons:

A good walk away from nearest bus too if you don’t have a car.

Great apartment, loads of space. Everything you need. Home away from home. Great Location.
Pros:

Location was great. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Loved that the tv was nice and big. Got to watch my Whanau perform back home For the Te Arawa Kapahaka.

Cons:

Have a steam mop or a mop of some sort.

Pros:

Room was great, aircon worked well as opposed to some other reviews. Ample space, 2 bathrooms and two separate bedrooms (qqueen and 2 x singles) and a large full size kitchen and washing machine and dryer for the slightly longer stays 😊

Cons:

Management were accommodating with request for late check in at the time of booking (5pm). We announced our arrival 30mins before as requested and also 15mins before and arrived before the time you incur a late fee but we had no where to park and my husband had to get out of the car at a random spot whilst I drove around. The staff allocated for our late check in said that they usually operate between certain business hours and that we should arrive during those times even though we stated at booking we would arrive around that time and came directly from work and school to get there asap.

Very spacious for us 3, nice design too.Big shopping mall is walking distance.

We hire a car, not too sure how convenient the location is if you have to rely on the public transport.
