Well Located Lovely Apartment

Location was excellent. Well appointed and decorated. Received a great welcome by Mandy to boot. Would absolutely stay here again, if in GC.

Perfect alternative to a hotel
Pros:

Everything,! Cleanliness, spaciousness, amenities, parking, location, value for money! Highly recommended.

Cons:

Neighbor's cat was let loose in the hallways. Owner didn't give a damn if their pet was harrassing people and even wanted to go into our unit. It was also very noisy the whole night long. Then poor cat had to poop in the hallway because the inconsiderate owner just didn't care to let it in!

At the end of the, pet pwners are reaponsible for their animals.

great location, very spacious apartment and has all the amenities you need

Cons:

evident mould in multiple places including bathroom fans & vents in the bedroom. the balcony door was broken and could not be locked, screen door couldn’t be closed. under the couch was very visibly dirty. found clothes from obviously previous stays still in the walk in closet. rust on the shower hose that would pill as soon as you touch it. drains spelt very bad when first using the shower/sink.

Pros:

I loved being able to open up the doors and have fresh air with a peaceful outlook.

Cons:

Instructions on how to use the air-conditioning, it took us until day two to get aircon in the bedroom. Luckily there was ceiling fans which probably would have been enough, we just happened to be during a heatwave.

Wouldn't stay there again!
Pros:

Apartment was of a good size with a good sitting area and dining table. Kitchen had a good range of crockery and cutlery. Appliances were good.

Cons:

Bathroom was not great. Shower over the bath was difficult to get into and had no grab rail. Bathroom base felt unstable and there were cracks in the plastic. My wife could not climb in or out of bath. Only form of support was a towel rail that fell off! My wife had to shower at family's house. Very inconvenient!

Pros:

Good for big groups!
Good location if you want to be near the mall

Cons:

So odd bedroom configurations, it was annoying because we had 2 apartments and asked to be close together but we were ages apart
