So much potential, but rather diappointing. Would stay again IF serious concerns were rectified.
Pros:

Location is great. Full, usable kitchen. Good sized apartment.

Cons:

Access to room was keyless pin code entry. The code into the room was the DEFAULT CODE from the key manufacturer - as 2 women in the room we felt very uncomfortable, and reception agreed however nothing could be done… Additionally, due to the heat a portable aircon was placed in the room (thank you) HOWEVER it needed a vent to be placed out the window for it to run. The cover for the vent into the slot of the window didn’t fit so there was a large gap between, enabling not only bugs but potentially others to easily enter…
The bathroom was so run down, the sprayed basin was flaking away, and the shower and bath was extremely questionable. Although the apartment advertise as 2 bedroom, you have to walk past one room, blocked off by a curtain, to access the bathroom…. A little awkward

Pros:

The location was great and it also allowed all of us to stay together

Cons:

The two bedroom apartment was very smelly with mould and was hard to take. As there is no ventilation into the apartment. The second bedroom looks out onto other apartments which was a little daunting

Pros:

Beautiful, space, INCREDIBLY quiet given the location, fantastic location. Once you get in its great, will be staying here again

A lovely time. Great location for my needs
Pros:

Great communication. Happy to help me out when I needed some modifications to my bedding.

Cons:

While the TV art was lovely, I couldn’t easily work out how to get the TV to go to black. I ended up turning it off at the power point.

Some of the paint work was bubbling. I guess that’s expected in an old building.

Quirky, cute and central
Pros:

We loved the building so much, pool was great for the kids and cafe right there fantastic.

Cons:

Being woken at 7.30 with someone in the neighbouring apartment sanding the floor
(Some rooms are hotel rooms and some are private apartments)
Tv not working (which they kindly replaced)

Excellent overall Melbourne Holiday accommodation
Pros:

Excellent location, easy walking distances to everything, close to trams and trains. Great apartments that were clean comfortable and welcoming with all that you needed for your stay. Loved the whole experience, including the ambience of the old heritage buidling, friendly helpful staff and awesome little cafe on site. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we are in Melborne. Just fabulous.

Great for what we needed
Pros:

Location great, amenities fine, a few cockroaches in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Toilet did not flush properly and the sink was smashed. It was extremely hot and not enough fans for bedrooms so sleep was difficult
