Pros:

I have assistance dog, and they accommodated him with no issues. Local pub atmosphere. 8 ball tables. Food was good. I felt safe and at home.

Cons:

Couldn't use any tv. Needed to use your own accounts, like Netflix, but couldn't wipe old accounts to connect to my own account. So no tv usage. No lift, this is not the place for a wheelchair, or if you are unable to carry your luggage up to second floor via stairs. Having said that, the staff where happy to help me with mine.

Average stay but a bit loud!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful - I called ahead to get early check in on the day and they made it happen without any dramas which was awesome! It’s also within walking distance to a Coles, Aldi and Kmart.

Cons:

The rooms and bathroom are quite small but you get what you pay for - I think having a microwave and small desk or chair would’ve been good! It was just loud overnight with people coming and going at all hours, so I was woken a fair bit. I think if there was an additional lock on the door I would’ve felt and slept better! It was just a small regular door lock, with no deadbolt or sliding door lock.

Excellent
Pros:

Staff were very helpful, even too the point of personally showing me entry and exit from the hotel for after hours access. Highly recommended this establishment. 10/10
