Very comfortable
The passcode for the lift was low & wouldn’t work half the time

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We requested a cot for our toddler when booking and, while we understand special requests aren't guaranteed, we were never informed that the hotel doesn't provide cots. We only found out after arriving, leaving us unable to make alternative arrangements. A simple email before our stay could have prevented the entire situation.
The place was not up to standard for cleanliness it was very dusty, skirtings filthy, stains and hair on bed linen.
We love everything about the property. We are coming back again.

Nice, spacious and modern apartment in the perfect location for the event we had to go to. Close to shopping and restaurants also. Very comfortable and apartment matched pictures. Plenty of wardrobe storage space which was nice and made the stay more convenient for us.

View was good, clean, tidy, comfy. Love the rooftop pool, spa and sauna! Would stay again!
Didn’t like the app locking system, had to tap so many times and we couldn’t get down to the basement after check out time. When shower was on it made a hell of a noise too.

Second time in a row we have stayed at Rambla on Perry and the water didn’t heat up. Hot water is a non-negotiable basic facility. The fact that we suffered the same fault in two different appartments on separate stays weeks apart is totally unacceptable.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We used the pool upstairs too which was fun. It was a nice stay and we’re keen to comeback for another stay as well as try out the other locations.
Love how everything is digitalised however I did have some issues with the key when using the elevator and also getting into our room (although we were given a pin to use incase the digital key wasn’t working so weren’t locked out) Physical card keys are still my preference however if the digital key worked smoothly it would definitely be my favourite due to the convenience. Really like the digital concept I just think it can use some fine tuning.
We actually stayed at Rambla at Berwick not at Perry as there was an issue with the hotwater a few days out. The location was close to shops, the ferry and was easy to catch an uber.
Rambla at Berwick was in close proximity to the local night life and the loud music was going until 2am on Thursday Friday and Saturday night. It was quiet on Sunday evening. The music kept me awake but my friend who stayed in the other bedroom was not disturbed by the music. I also had trouble assessing the free to air tv, it was always pixelated! The washing machine was out of order. The virtual key would not let me in the apartment door but it would work in the lift, front door and carpark. Rambla sorted a dongle to use which worked well. The PIN codes work well but if you need glasses to see writing you have to find your glasses.
