Comfortable apartment, great location to restaurants, nightlife and ferry. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen.
Pros:

We actually stayed at Rambla at Berwick not at Perry as there was an issue with the hotwater a few days out. The location was close to shops, the ferry and was easy to catch an uber.

Cons:

Rambla at Berwick was in close proximity to the local night life and the loud music was going until 2am on Thursday Friday and Saturday night. It was quiet on Sunday evening. The music kept me awake but my friend who stayed in the other bedroom was not disturbed by the music. I also had trouble assessing the free to air tv, it was always pixelated! The washing machine was out of order. The virtual key would not let me in the apartment door but it would work in the lift, front door and carpark. Rambla sorted a dongle to use which worked well. The PIN codes work well but if you need glasses to see writing you have to find your glasses.

Comfy, cozy and fun.
Pros:

It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We used the pool upstairs too which was fun. It was a nice stay and we’re keen to comeback for another stay as well as try out the other locations.

Cons:

Love how everything is digitalised however I did have some issues with the key when using the elevator and also getting into our room (although we were given a pin to use incase the digital key wasn’t working so weren’t locked out) Physical card keys are still my preference however if the digital key worked smoothly it would definitely be my favourite due to the convenience. Really like the digital concept I just think it can use some fine tuning.

Nice place, just not very clean and a bad check in process.
Pros:

Was a good location and nice room.

Cons:

Getting into the apartment took 30 mins due to the codes we were given not working.
The apartment wasn't "clean"
I have an 11 month old and the tops of her feet were black from crawling around the apartment.
The rug was dirty, it had old chunks of food in it. I ended up rolling it up and putting it aside while there as my daughter kept finding things in it and putting them in her mouth. As i rolled it up dirt and crap fell out of it everywhere.

Pros:

The rooftop area.

Cons:

The parking fee, and no reception. Not a fan of the "new age self service aspect" was not happy with the so called free WiFi, was actually a joke trying to watch some simple TV was such a rigmarole, had to screen share off mobile phone using personal data. The room stayes free WiFi connection isn't even however its not!. Also there was barely any warmth in the shower, both nights were very much the same.

Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

Loved the size of the apartments and the furniture; there were enough seats around the inside table and outside table for a full apartment.
The pool area was fab with amazing views.
You could store multiple keys on your phone so if you rented more than one apartment as we did it was very easy to get in and out of each place.
Staff were excellent with communications and were available promptly with answers and support.
Everything was in excellent condition.
There are loads of coffee shops within 2 mins walk as well as Vietnamese, Pho, Mexican and pizza. The train station, and bus stop are VERY close and there is a taxi pick up right outside the Perry House and a doctor's in the block behind the hotel.
Parking was super convenient and very easy to organise.
Was initially worried about the train and highway noise, but once the doors and windows were closed you could barely hear anything at all. The Aircon was excellent.

Cons:

The area is slightly more industrial but it's close to the fabulous area of Tenerife where there are great bars and the City Kat ferries to downtown Brisbane.

Keys did take a little while on the pads but we were always able to get in our apartments. There is also a physical key available should you need it inside the apartment.

Timer for the pool area lights; it would go off after 20 mins or so and the only way to turn it on again was to run 40ish metres through a two-handed gate to get back to the sensor to turn it on.

Hot tub could be a few degrees warmer (we visited in June).

Good for location to wedding
Pros:

It was great location, the rooftop facilities were amazing,
We just looked but didn’t use it.

Cons:

The digital card with the lift and for had a lot of issues
Not enough proper towels for showering
