Arrival: Kindly note the assisted arrival point to the hotel is located at 24 Loftus Street, Sydney. Due to the local traffic conditions, we are unable to assist with arrivals on Bridge Street.

Valet Parking: As a heritage building, parking on site is regrettably unavailable. Our team is pleased to offer valet parking for AU$120.00 per night at an offsite location. Please note maximum vehicle height is 6.2 feet. Alternately, we may assist in suggesting other suitable self parking facilities available within the hotels vicinity.

Payment: With the exception of pre-paid reservations, the full accommodations amount will be charged at the time of arrival. A physical credit card will be required alongside a government issued ID in the cardholder’s name. The card holder must be present. A 2% credit card surcharge will apply and all major credit cards are accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. we could happily stay and never venture outdoors- it’s so peaceful and relaxing

everything ! the zen atmosphere, the aesthetics, the comfort, the friendly helpful staff, the food, the drinks, most of all the spa and swimming pool gym facilities- overall the most relaxing beautiful time - and we keep coming back

Wonderful relaxing home away from home with some added bonuses
Pros:

There was no question too much for staff....and that is any of the staff. If someone was walking by from another area and asked a questions they didn't pass the question on they took care of directions/request them selves.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. I had no tea cups in my room. They apologised and sent cups up in 4 minutes.
