If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be cancelled and the total cost of the accommodation will be charged. Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. Pros:

Well designed suite, all cooking facilities in kitchen, great location as very central and the pool, gym and spa were excellent

Cons:

If you are looking for an overpriced apartment-style stay, this property may work for you. However, as a 5-star “hotel,”
Pros:

* Excellent location
* Friendly and accommodating staff
* Early check-in and late checkout were greatly appreciated

Cons:

The property lacks many of the basic amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Staff did not provide a toothbrush and instead suggested purchasing one. The toothbrush alone cost 9 AUD without toothpaste, and toothpaste was another 16 AUD, which feels unreasonable for this category of hotel.

There were no bathrobes, and the slippers were made from paper, making them impractical for pool or spa use. The room was also prepared with only one set of towels despite the booking being for two people, so we had to request additional towels separately.

The towels themselves felt old, cheap, and not properly clean, giving the impression that the hotel is cutting costs on basic housekeeping standards.

A week in Canberra with Friends
Pros:

Central location with easy access to services, restaurants, shops & attractions. Fast, efficient lift service - great after a long day out. Helpful reception staff.

Cons:

Bed linens & towels were not up to the usual Meriton standard. Air-conditioning was "managed" overnight making the room uncomfortable for sleeping. Lighting in the bathrooms was not great.

Stay Here If you Want an amazing stay in the best location
Pros:

The location was suberb! Literally everything we needed within a block. Glebe park across the street, a convenience store downstairs, excellent breakfast cafes for coffee right downstairs and on City Walk! We were able to walk to the mall and to all the restaurants in the area. We parked our car and didn't need it at all

Cons:

When we arrived, a 2 bedroom luxury suite wasn't available but they upgraded us to a three bedroom. Unfortuantely, the third bedroom was locked which was the one with the ensuite. I thought I booked a 2 bedroom/2 bath but assumed I made a mistake. It wasn't until the day we were leaving that I realized that we should have had a second bathroom. I was traveling with my teenage son so it would have been much better
