Make sure they are actually in operation before booking!!!
Cons:

I booked and showed up to vj sweet home as a single, female traveller at 2200. Only to find the doors/ gate locked, lights off and no one there to check me in. It was my first solo travel experience and it really scared me as it was late and dark. I tried reaching out to the owners and to booking.com with no response. My credit card has been charged. Becareful when booking this stay!
