Overpriced
Pros:

The location to commbank stadium was amazing. The beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

For the price I paid I wasn’t very impressed. Upon arrival I parked the car in the basement, an the smell was unbearable. The stench coming from there was disgusting. The room was not what I expected for a what I paid. The fan in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off and was so loud I count sleep. Had to turn all power off to get some sleep which turned all air con off also. Property was clean but not value for money. One night stay plus car park space for $500 will not stay again.

Perfect location, comfortable stay and will definitely book again when in Parramatta area!
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was quiet even though it is on top of a pub and we were facing the main street. The light rail is a short walk from the hotel and easy to use, with signage to then get to Parramatta train station (all public transport was easy). The staff were helpful and friendly. The studio bedroom was open plan with a nib wall but spacious and comfortable.
