Room layout was fantastic! Was super impressed with the heating/air-con and also, shower facilities were A+. Complementary bathroom products were so luxurious and ample, the best I've experienced (most hotels are so stingy and cheap with shampoo/conditioner, etc.)
Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends, very impressed overall with this hotel.

Cons:

One small but important criticism... Parking charge of $30+. Should be offered complementary with room when room price is $200.
Noticed Aldo room was equipped with a dryer, but no washing machine. My personal preference is to have both amenities or none at all.

Pros:

Thanks for your hospitality very close to amenities and clean spacious living area I would love to have stayed longer than one night. Hope to visit soon and really appreciate the peace and comfort thanks for all your hard working staff for your time and good service James posadas.

Cons:

That's not a big problem I only stayed one night and I didn't get to sleep in the lovely bed and use the shower next time I look forward to the experience.

Location saving grace
Pros:

Location was great. Sizing of apartment was larger than normal.

Cons:

Well if we used the AC the apartment smelt like a dirty toilet. The couch cushions had stains, the blinds were fraying everywhere, windows in high need of a clean. The property rejected our credit card twice demanding we pay them direct even though there was nothing wrong with card entered. A 3.30am evaluation to top it off. Bug smeared on wall. Shower curtain was gross.
