There was no communication
I waited from 6:30 o m to 10:45 pm to get my PIN codes to enter room
Geographically good position.
Not noisy.
Window could not be opened.
Reading lights did not work.
Waste basket emptied only on day 2.
Bathroom smelled VERY damp.
Keyless door staffless checkin. Huge room, sink in room. Basic pub accomodation for the right price.

No air con so it hot, ceiling fans take the edge off, lots of stairs and noisy outside BUT it's cheap pub accomodation i just used for a crash pad after clubbing, room temp was fine at night. Bathrooms do the job for the price i aint complaining! Just letting folk know what to expect

Room was about what I expected from pub accommodation and for the price. Super ideal location, right around the corner from the ICC and nearby to shopping and food options. Could go downstairs for drinks at night and then just go upstairs which was awesome.
It was fairly loud, which I did expect given the location and enthusiastic karaoke downstairs - they clearly know this as ear plugs are supplied and there's not really a way around it. The room couldve been cleanlier, there was an empty bottle under our bed when we arrived. My main issue and one I think needs to be addressed is that there is no sanitary bins in any of the bathrooms. Only one shower at the very end of the hall had any bin, and it didn't have a lid. For any ladies staying here on their periods, just be aware.
Good location.
Boiling hot in the Sydney heat. No air conditioning. Windows opened fine, but that means very noisy street. The room was pretty basic. Shared bathroom just passable.

It worked for the night
I was not made aware of the noise until 2 am - the ear plugs were the only saving grace. I also assumed the bathroom was part of the room/ it was an ensuite - this was not the case.
