Safe, very clean crisp linen, fluffy towels, daily service

A box of tissues and bottle water, access to bathroom due to disability room felt weird but got used to it.
I could hear adjacent room in and out. I heard upstairs room footsteps

Dreadful. Unwelcoming, didn't feel like we were anything special from the door opening to closing.
Pros:

Was no breakfast poor coffee and solid sugar pouches, no packets of biscuits

Cons:

The fact the lights would go out while inside the room intermittently and the only way back on was to open and close the door. This is the second time we have stayed in 5 and 6 and only because of the hospital being close made us come back. I really think because of the power and the basin in an even more stupid position found the second stay worse than the first room. Again no chair only seating is the bed.

Pros:

Very comfortable. Didn’t rate staff as there aren’t any it’s self service. Nicely furnished for the price .

Cons:

Dirty face cloth left on top of shower and couldn’t work out how to turn off the light in the shower room it’s automatic and stays on for a while when you exit.
